As always the place was spotlessly clean and host is very accommodating and goes beyond what is expected by guests. Requests are granted even without added cost thus in a nutshell host is very professional and considerate, my family will always stay here when we will be in the nearby vicinity. The cleaner was also accommodating and courteous worth giving tip. Thank you Maam Grachel for hosting us. Will definitely recommend you to friends, relatives and officemates.

The host was good. The place was clean and nice. Internet was fast! Good restaurants and Convenience Stores surrounding the place. However, there were few instructions/rules by the establishment that we had to comply (swimming pool pass and ids for check-in even for my child) and we were not told by the host. Maybe these were new rules. But it wasn't a hassle, we just did what we ask for then everything went smoothly.

Great Place

I would like to commend the host for being so responsive. I was able to book the place on the same day. The place looks great with huge balcony, cozy interior, and functional kitchen. There’s a plenty of bed foams for each members of the family. Easy check in and check out.

My husband and our 2 kids (6 and 4) enjoyed our stay. The space is a little smaller than expected however we made it work. The bedroom door wouldn't shut with the air mattress down and the swing allowed less space for our kids to move around. Overall, the beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. We used the kitchen amenities and the washing machine as well! We enjoyed all pools and beach at Tambuli and the restaurants were delicious too! Monaliza had great communication and always answered as soon as she could. We would stay here again and will recommend it to others!

The place overall is perfect. Everything is so perfect for me. Siguro kuwang lng jud nmo is private car or motor para maka lakaw sa laen na destination na duol. Though naay jeepneys, but the place is all worth the pay. The pool is awesomeeee together with the view gyud sa gabie. Will book again soon 🧡

Had a great stay! The unit is comfortable and perfect for working remotely—the WiFi is fast and reliable. The bed is comfy, and I enjoyed watching Netflix on the Smart TV during downtime. The elevator can get a bit busy since there are a lot of guests, but it's manageable. The staff in the building are friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient—close to coffee shops, malls, restaurants, and fast food. It’s also really easy to get a taxi, and there’s a 7-Eleven and ATMs right next to the building. Would definitely stay here again!

This might just be the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in so far. The location is peaceful, and I really appreciate how the locals and tourists blend so well in the area. It actually reminded me of where I stayed in Hong Kong last year, which I also loved. The room smells fresh and clean, and I thought the “honesty store” was a brilliant touch! Just make sure to list what you take and settle your payment afterward. The hosts were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I’d definitely book again. We had a fantastic stay at Victoria's Mactan Cebu condo! The place was impeccably clean and conveniently located right next to a variety of shops and restaurants, making our experience even more enjoyable. Victoria, was incredibly responsive and professional, ensuring that all our needs were met with a warm smile. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! We are absolutely looking forward to our next visit to Cebu and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Jefax's place is in a great location—close to Starbucks, McDonald's, and 7/11, which made it super convenient for quick meals and coffee. The room itself was clean, but the air conditioning wasn’t as cold as we hoped, and the sink drain had a small leak. Despite these minor issues, the price was very affordable, so it was still a decent stay overall!

We stayed at Julie's place as a family of 7 and the place was perfect for our stay in Cebu. We particularly liked the shops for the convenience of being able to pop downstairs for something to eat. Having the pools was fantastic for the kids in the hot afternoons. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Julie:)

Very responsive, that's what I really appreciated. It was easy to coordinate with Andy. The place was spacious. Internet was great & place was comfortable.

Since we checked in into a neat and tidy Airbnb, we also left it neat and tidy. The unit is good as advertised. Clean and modern interior, very accessible. Parking though is not free. Overall, our stay was excellent.

Nice place to stay and highly recommended to the other guests. Host and Co Host are responsive all the time when needed and the place was describe as what on the Airbnb platform.
