I had a great time at this home. Gian is very fast at responding with any of my queries which was a massive help. The home was extremely clean and welcoming as soon as you step through the door. This is ideal for someone who wants to be 10-15 minutes drive away from Baguio centre without having to deal with the traffic. I didn’t have a car but there were plenty of taxis and jeepney waiting at the subdivision gate every time I wanted to go into Baguio centre. Overall a great experience!

Arthur was very accommodating from the get go even when we still hadn't met in person. He gave me and family a very warm welcome and even helped us carry our luggages. Arthur's place gives you that traditional homey feels and gets very cold at night to early morning, which is something you'd yearn for everytime you are in Baguio. The way it overlooks the picturesque view really provides the greatest plus points. It's spacious and a perfect place to chil/ relax after a long day.

Fred's Artpartment was perfect for our large group trip to Baguio! The space was incredibly comfortable and spacious enough for 10 of us. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a lifesaver. We loved having the well-equipped kitchen and the living room with large television. The location is very accessible to the tourist attractions in the city. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

If this property is available for your Baguio trip, look no further and book it! Let me give you 5 good reasons: 1. This house is classy and elegant. Everything in it is top notch, from the body wash and shampoo, to the appliances and furniture, as in. Utensils, plates, pots, pans, towels, sheets, all great quality. 2. The house is surprisingly spacious. We were a group of 12 adults and we spent most of our time together on the ground floor and just retired to our rooms when it was time to sleep. Never did the house feel crowded. Just note that the flights of stairs would be challenging for senior companions to navigate. 3. The location is very safe and secure. 4. This property is much more impressive in person than in the photos. The photographs don't fully capture its beauty. 5. Joana and Arvin are superb hosts! They were incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment we inquired about the property until after we checked out. In short, this property exceeded all expectations!

We stayed here on our 2nd day in Baguio, and it was a great choice. We would like to extend our stay but unfortunately it was already booked. I highly recommend this place for small and big groups 😊 Family friendly too. Glad we found another place to stay when we’re in Baguio ♥️ Superhost 🫰🏻

The place was amazing—super clean and modern! We booked it for 6 people, but it could definitely fit more comfortably. It’s a bit out of the city, but that wasn’t a problem since we had our own car. One of the best things about it is how peaceful it is at night—away from all the noise and buzz of city nightlife. The hosts were really friendly and accommodating—just genuinely good people. Can’t ask for more. Would 100% recommend and would totally book again!

We appreciate how accommodating the hosts were. We love how spacious indeed the place. It has a good ventilation and it can accommodate even more than 12 pax. We appreciate the free use of the kitchen and all the facilities inside the place. We are also thankful for the assistance in going to Suba Sand Dunes very smoothly.

I rarely give feedbacks, but our stay here was totally worth it. Sobrang accomodating ng host. Ang ganda rin ng place, sobrang naging comfortable kami, sobrang sulit siya for the price. Perfect place para sa mga barkada/family na magbabakasyon here sa Baguio!!! Will definitely come back here sa guesthouse pagbalik din namin ng Baguio! ❤️

My partner and I enjoyed my stay here literally the best loc if you want accessibility to all tourists spots. Very accommodating owner, as she allowed us for an early checkin. Place is the same as described. Ate Maggie is very helpful too!

The hosts gave us as much privacy as any guest would want, however, are also helpful when we have inquiries. Sayang lang talaga, last day na namin nalaman na nag ooffer si Kuya Christian ng ride. Most of the days we were there are rainy days, should have been very helpful to get us where we want. Pero we were able to take advantage of that sa last day papuntang terminal. No hassle! I love that we can cook our own food to our liking kase the kitchen and amenities are complete as to basic utensils you would need. May 5-minute walk to a mini grocery store and public mini bus papuntang burnham. If you are not a local, sadyang bakbakan lang talaga sa feeling ang steep streets. Pero day 2, you will get over it! 🤍 It felt like home na kahit masarap gumala talaga outside, you’ll also have a feeling of equal excitement makauwi sa unit because it’s so cozy and warm good for any weather. Would love to come back with fam! 🤍

Enjoyed the place. Always our go to. Not too far from the city proper, walking distance of everything kung pasyal ang hanap mo. The unit is big enough and really nice. If anything, additional utensils for a family like us who mainly cooks food during our stay (and sorry if may mga naiwan kaunti hindi super nalinis, was caught up sa public market in the morning, and ran out of time to clean the unit before checking out) Also bidet? Para easier haha. But all in all, it was a very pleasant stay and will surely come back next time.

The place is very clean. I highly recommend this place, the host is so responsive and kind to answer your questions. The kitchen tools are complete, and you can read some books or do some board games there. One of the best apartment I have stayed in Airbnb. If you’re looking for convenient and peaceful location, this place is for you.

Pros: - Host Dan and care taker tin was topnotch! So approachable and forgiving to so much requests! High respect to both! - place was exactly the size were hoping to get. We have the private outdoors to ourselves love the place and the furrbabies were like family! We miss them actually! :( - excellent internet for wfh! Very reliable connection. Can be better with: - maintenance to make the place better like lighting. The lights at night were so dim and dark. Better to have tree & plant lights maybe and outdoor lamp for some vibe to hang out at night. It was so dark we decided to stay indoors during the night. - faucet in cr and kitchen can be better. Kitchen was wiggly also no dishwasher and sponge to clean used utensils and broom to freshen it up for extended stay. Cr faucet rusty and handle was broken van be better. Also the light is too dim to shower at night. - some humidifier with scent or reed on the room for comfy sleep and pillows are no longer firm. LOVE it overall though!

I had an amazing stay! Nardie was super easy to talk to and assisted me every step of the way—before, during, and even after my stay. The place itself was beyond my expectations—beautiful, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. It’s also perfect for families since it’s peaceful and quiet. I especially loved the garden in the veranda, which added to the relaxing ambiance. Highly recommended!

But the unit itself is warm, cozy, clean and comfy. Sana po magkaroon ng wall clock sa unit kase makakalimot ka talaga sa oras pag naka stay ka parang ayaw mo ng lumabas at gumayak. 😂🤣😅

the location was very convenient and near main attractions in the city center. thanks to this airbnb, we're able to save a lot because we're just walking most of the time. it's a plus points that the victoria bakery is just in front of cedar peak. i would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

The place was perfect for our family. The kids liked it so much that we even extended one more night! We will surely go back given the opportunity in the future.

I stayed at VJ’s cozy Airbnb from May 16 to 18 with my parents, and we all had a wonderful time. The ambiance of the place was warm and relaxing, true to its cozy charm. Even my parents, who are usually particular about accommodations, really appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of the unit. VJ was very responsive and accommodating, especially when we requested an early check-in. Everything was prepared and well thought out. The space had complete kitchen amenities, comfortable beds, and cute post-it notes with clear instructions that added a thoughtful and homey touch. We were able to cook and rest comfortably throughout our stay. It’s also in a great location, just a short walk from Session Road. The neighborhood was slightly noisy at times (possibly due to other guests nearby), but it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, this was such a bang-for-buck stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Baguio, especially families looking for a practical yet cozy home base.
