Family-friendly holiday rentals in Condado, Santurce

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The house was in a great location. Minutes from the the beach and restaurants. Super secure with gated access. The house was super clean and great to have a pool for the hot days. Great spot for some family fun.

We had a great stay at Isabel’s place. It’s a few steps to the beach, which we loved and they had everything accessible for a great beach day. Chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, ect. The private pool area was our favorite part by far.

Great location, walking distance to supermarkets. restaurants , pharmacies, etc. Apartment was clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was friendly, and the parking was an added bonus. Easy access to the beach. The pool and bar were still undergoing renovations, but the beautifully renovated bar is due to open within a few days or so. There is also small game room with pool tables and a small coffee shop in the lobby with decent servings and reasonably priced. Overall, worth the stay and the price.

Fabian’s condo was wonderful for our family. Everything was clean and in good condition. The pools are beautiful and clean. Some pools are heated and others aren’t so you get a nice choice. There are many friendly animals (dogs, cats, chickens) roaming the area which is sort of fun. The animals don’t bother with you they just hang out. The beach is small but private and a good place to hang out. The location is close to the rainforest and the main departure sites for many activities however the local town has very little to do. Overall a really great place to stay while enjoying Puerto Rico.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The space was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, it truly felt cozy and welcoming. You can tell the place is cared for with attention to quality and detail. Our host was also very responsive and helpful, quick to reply to questions. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and charming place!

My wife, 2 teenagers, and I enjoyed staying at Cathy’s place. The balcony apartments at Aquatika are great! And the best part is that the apartment is very close to the pools and private beach. I would recommend staying.

What an awesome, eclectic apartment! Right in the middle of all the old San Juan has to offer. Cyrus went over and above in describing the place with videos, written instructions throughout the home and also a video on how to check in (you need to walk thru a small shop). Even with an unexpected 11:30pm arrival…we easily found the place, lockbox and our way into the apartment. While in the middle of bars and restaurants and lively nightlife, once in the room- we had a quiet and peaceful sleep. If you want to be in the middle of all that old San Juan has to offer…this is the place!!!

This spot was great for us! It had a cozy at home and community feel being a guest suite, outdoor area, and pups and cats around. The space is small, but worked out for us as we only needed it to sleep and bathe. So nice having items for beach available to us: Towels, chairs, coolers, etc. Gigi was so kind and wish I was able to spend more time with her!

I stayed here for about a week. The airbnb was close to everything walking distance to most places . Very quiet and safe . I’ll definitely book again .

Excellent Airbnb, centrally located near shops and restaurants and a quick drive to Old San Juan. The shared garden is lovely. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent. A super quiet and cozy place, just what we were looking for.

Nilda was an exceptional host. It was just my husband and I and the apartment was perfect for two guests. She was very responsive and was kind enough to let us know some details regarding construction near by and conditions of the building. Very clear instructions and directions for check in and check out. Everything you would need but might forget when you’re on vacation is provided with this Airbnb. We arrived 5 hours prior to our check in time and she let us check in early which was very helpful. Also provided us with the option of checking out late to help accommodate with our departure, although we still left at check out time it was very thoughtful of her. I’d book her Airbnb again.

The space was as described. There are multiple units with a central courtyard and pool area. The property is secure and fenced on all sides. The bedrooms were nice sizes as well as the bathroom. The kitchen has any amenity you need and was actually well stocked with coffee, tea and spices. The entire apartment had alot of amenity items including shampoo, soap, sunscreen, chairs, coolers. Stayed at another location earlier in the week that had nothing so this was a refreshing change. There are several restaurants and stores nearby.

It was one of the best AB&Bs and the location could not have been better. The apartment was perfect with a stunning view. Very secure and everything within walking distance. The beach was one of the best beaches and safe for kids. I strongly recommend it, you will not be disappointed! Beatrice, Thank You for making this a smooth, stress free vacation. The space is amazing right on the beach walking distance to everything you need. I would recommend this place for anybody. The host is amazing and the apartment is spectacular spectacular abuse everything you need to relax from the New York City rat race

We booked the same day and it was easy. The host was very responsive when we had an issue getting in the apartment. Place is very clean and beautiful views.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Rico! The check-in process was super easy and seamless, which made arriving stress-free. The place had everything I needed and more—beach chairs, towels, and all the little amenities that make a stay comfortable and convenient. Elvin was such an amazing host. I enjoyed staying in his lovely condo and all of the amenities he provided. He was super responsive, available, and provided an entire list of things to do. That was the icing on the cake for our trip.
