Nice house with spectacular panoramic views. Good location with connectivity to exit towards Viña del Mar or Concón. The facilities are very comfortable inviting to rest, a good read or just enjoy the scenery. 100% recommended. Very concerned and friendly host to provide any help that is needed.

Excellent house a few minutes from Reñaca beach! We stayed only one night but it quietly makes you want to stay several more days because of the quality of the house! We will definitely be back! Thank you

Javier as host is a super attentive and friendly 100/10, when arriving in Valparaíso I had an inconvenience with check-in and I help me without any problem, I was able to enjoy his Airbnb together with my partner which is beautiful, located in a very quiet place in Valparaíso and very beautiful, it has a terrace that has a very nice view as well as its bedroom that overlooks the sea, the house has everything you need to arrive, enjoy and rest. It is no more than thank you for the good disposition of Javier who together with his wife made my stay wonderful, I felt like at home and rest more than I expected, a wonderful place to rest.

We loved Juan's apartment, we felt at home. The apartment is spacious, modern and comfortable. It has everything you need to stay for several days. The kitchen is well equipped. The armchairs are comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious and comfortable. It has sheets, towels, extra bedspreads. The balcony is large, well equipped with armchairs and has a direct view of the dunes and the sea. It's beautiful to see the sunset. Juan let us in earlier, he treated us excellently and always responded quickly. The complex is very nice, it has 24-hour security, the people who work there are very friendly. And the area is privileged, it has access to the park, which is beautiful, we went with our dog and enjoyed it a lot. The dunes are also a few steps away. You can walk to the Jumbo supermarket, which is large and has everything. Also to restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The neighborhood is beautiful. It was a beautiful stay, we hope to return soon😊. Claudia's accommodation is perfect for spending a few relaxing days in Valparaíso. It is close to shopping areas, with restaurants and bars, but in a residential neighborhood, which allows you to rest and sleep peacefully. The apartment was in excellent condition, clean and tidy, with all the amenities for a good stay, as well as having a beautiful view of the city. I recommend it 100%.

Everything was fine with the hosts, a beautiful, comfortable place in a very good part of the city. The problem arose with AIRBNB, which wanted to cancel the reservation under conditions that only suited them.

Christians B&B was on a perfect location with a large kitchen, gorgeous view, a big bedroom en a very nice balcony but after we arrived we discovered that the internet was not working. We contacted Christian and he immediately called us. It turned out that the internet company did not show up that day to fix it. Christian offered us to move to his other apartment on the other side of the street where the internet was working. This apartment was even nicer than the one we booked! What a very good service and we really enjoyed our stay!! thanks again Christian!!!

The description completely matches what one finds upon arrival. The apartment itself, the equipment and the view make it an excellent alternative to go enjoy the sea and tranquility of the sector. Easy access to the coastal edge, ideal for a walk or do sports. Paola was an excellent host, with timely attention, very responsive and always delivering a solution to any situation that might arise. I highly recommend it.
