Wonderful apartment!! A beautiful view. It has an excellent location. Everything is close. The internet worked quickly. Gerardo is very kind and always answered our questions. We had a spectacular few days! 100% recommended!

The whole stay was very pleasant, Gerardo is always in contact with you to make sure everything is going well. The apartment is very comfortable (ideal for going with small children, with a chair, play mat and crib if needed) and is very well located (the beach is literally across the street). We would definitely come back!

It's an excellent place, very cozy and easy to get to, the apartment has quite spacious areas, it has quite a few places nearby to buy all kinds of things, it has a jumbo about 8 minutes away by car, the place is highly recommended.

This is probably one of the best apartments we've rented by Airbnb. Communication with Andrés was always excellent. He was always proactive and providing solutions to the minimal things. Something that I must highlight is the cleanliness of the place. On occasion we have rented places that have been really dirty. This is not the case, the apartment was spotless, something we always valued for getting tired of traveling, and the last thing you want is to clean up. Honestly, the photos don't do justice to how beautiful the apartment is, let alone in sight that it is simply spectacular. Modern building, spacious bathroom, bed is perfect, super functional kitchen with breakfast and an impeccable new refrigerator. Another detail, the staff working in the building is very kind, I know this does not depend on who rents but is another point in favor. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can. Ten points for this apartment!

The apartment and view we're beautiful. we stayed for a month and really enjoyed our time. Natalia was very responsive and courteous at all times. There is a grocery store within walking distance and public transportation plus restaurants and shops. There is parking which we onlh used when family picked us up and dropped us off a couple of days during our stay. Other than that we didn't have a car but didn't need it as the location makes it easy to get to where you need to go. The apartment was clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!

The place was as shown in photos, we loved it from the first moment. Everything was excellent.

The apartment is as seen in the photographs, it has everything you need and is also in a very good location next to a very nice viewpoint (Mirador Barón) has the supermarket literally next door and Carolina is very kind to solve doubts, I would again choose this accommodation without thinking about it in case of returning to Valparaiso.

The apartment is very cozy, just like the photos, spacious, very clean, with everything you need, a quiet area with stores around, excellent communication and concern from the owner, attentive at all times, I will choose it again for future trips.

We spent 3 months in the apartment. The host was very responsive and instantly helped with all our questions. The apartment had everything you need, including cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, towels. The Internet is fast enough for work, the sofa in the living room is suitable for sleeping for children or a short person, but for others it is short. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable. The washing machine is on the ground floor of the building and payable on site. The building itself is new, pleasant, with a good guarded area, children's and adult swimming pool ( not heated). The balcony of our apartment overlooked the highway, but the view was not bad. Sleeping at night with an open balcony can be a little noisy. A step away from the house there is a supermarket, a dune, a park. It's a 15-minute walk to the beach, but the descent is quite steep. In the summer, the wind always blew near the house and it saved us from the stuffiness. Thank you, we will be happy to come back.

Beautiful place, spectacular. The host had an amoooor, super attentive to everything and very friendly. The premises of the place count on everything! They didn't feel like leaving the place. The wonderful view meets all the photos don't do it justice. I would go back again without a doubt I hope that soon. Everything is fine! Amazing view. I have visited several apartments in the same building and this one seemed the best equipped and cozy. In addition to being clean. Matías is also very willing. I would return.

Claudio's place worked perfectly for our party of two couples. We had privacy with two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as useful and comfortable shared space in the kitchen, living room, and 2nd floor patio. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and most dinners over the course of 5 days. We enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast at the central counter in the kitchen and the pleasure of having dinner on the patio with comfortable chairs and a view of the peaceful, shared, c courtyard. We loved the location and walked every day to enjoy the touristed areas and neighborhoods. It worked well to use Uber to get to Pablo Neruda's house, La Sebastiana, and to walk back along Ave. Alemania. A convenience store was just a 4 minute walk away. Parking was very secure inside a locked gate with surveillance, and the security guys were helpful and polite from check-in to departure. They buzz you in as soon as they see you approach the pedestrian gate once they know you.
