Since the beginning of the contact we have always responded with kindness and promptness. We very much like the stay, rooms, space and decoration. The house is well-equipped, well located and pleasant to stay. We had an unforeseen weather in relation to the water, which is subject to happening in the beach regions. We reached out and quickly Letícia answered us and Raphael gave us the proper support. Thanks again for the attention we have been given. I missed an extra floor cloth. To avoid getting dirty/wetting the floor of the main room, we kept a close cloth for support, but it would be nice to have more for the area of the room that supports the pool area. The two bedrooms have a double bed and own bathrooms (suites). The adaptation of the roof area to support the pool area was perfect, having a freegobar nearby also helped a lot. One detail and another can be adjusted for improvement but nothing that has prevented us from making the most of it. I thank you and hope to return in the future.

I spent wonderful days with my family and friends at Sylvia's house, a very kind, attentive and helpful host. We were very well received, the house is a spectacle, everything very beautiful, clean and organized, well-equipped kitchen, very good outdoor area. Charming place! Everything we expected, privacy, tranquility and a beautiful place! We enjoy all the spaces of the ksa, from the fireplace to the barbecue. Everything is very clean, the bed and bath linens provided are a great option.

The house is very good, as in the photos. The outdoor area is a marvel! Luiz is very friendly and attentive. The location couldn't be better, on the main street of the city and close to everything, we didn't use the car for anything. We really liked it and recommend it to everyone on Airbnb!

My boyfriend and I were expecting a good stay, but what we got was much better than we imagined. Marta e Ângelo were super friendly and attentive. The little house is exactly like in the pictures, super-equipped. The view of nature is surprising. The site also has a small waterfall with a delicious bath well. Picking up fruit on the foot, walking, resting on the hammock is priceless. Since the house is far from the center of Lumiar and the dirt road is not good, we recommend that you take things to cook there, if you have an ordinary car. If you like to be in contact with nature, you will love this little house.
