Un bellissimo appartamento, in una zona centralissima. Comodissimi gli spostamenti L’host è stato estremamente gentile e ci ha permesso di fare il check-in con flessibilità. Ci ha pure lasciato un kit di benvenuto molto gradito con un’ottima cheesecake ☺️

L’appartement était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce : tout confort, spacieux, propre, dans un immeuble moderne avec un concierge très professionnel et agréable — un vrai plus ! L’emplacement est idéal, dans un quartier calme et agréable, avec une station de métro toute proche, propre et sécurisée. Mention spéciale pour le restaurant japonais à deux pas : un vrai coup de cœur ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter, et reviendrons avec plaisir. Claire et David

El departamento es una maravilla. La ubicación es excelente. Es cómodo, luminoso, silencioso, todo funciona perfecto. Nos recibió Helena que fue muy amable en todo momento. Muy recomendable. Sin duda volveríamos.

Loved our stay at Miguel’s place. Quiet and cozy, lovely furnishings with high end details. Miguel was so flexible in letting us leave our bags before checking in. After our red eye flight, that was helpful. Ate out for our meals but kitchen had everything needed for cooking and eating in. A/C units were both in living room area as well as bedroom which was nice as it was in the high 90 degrees when we were there. The only thing I would add is a tv in the bedroom but we Americans love our tvs. I was there with my adult son who slept on a very comfortable sofa and it would have been nice to have my own tv in the bedroom. A very pleasant stay in a safe neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars and museums all within walking distance. I recommend it and would stay there again.

Excelente departamento. Comodidades excelentes y ajustadas a las necesidades de mi familia. Excelente ubicación, en cuanto a restaurantes, comercio, etc. Excelente proceso de check in y check out. Excelente atención por parte de Melisa, en su role de coanfitriona. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volveremos.

Sergio's apartment was fabulous....we would describe it as a junior studio...the bedroom is not separated by a closed door but far enough away from the living room area to afford privacy...with the doors and windows closed, the apartment was very quiet for sleeping. The double bed was very comfortable...not too firm and not soft!! The neighborhood was lively...great restaurants all up and down the street...great walking area...in fact, we walked all over the city!! We would recommend this apartment to anyone seeking to enjoy what the center city of Madrid has to offer...always felt very safe...even walking home at 2 am! Francisco is wonderful and welcoming. The view is exceptional and the apartment has everything we needed.

This is truly a hidden gem, the thought put into curating the space is commendable and the place itself is a surprise even after seeing the photographs. It’s fully stocked and makes you really comfortable. The next best thing is the host! Oh she was so lovely! And so responsive. Every query was cleared in the shortest time and we had couple of requests that could have been denied easily, but she took the extra effort to meet them and make our experience at Vine, the most beautiful one!

Séjour de 4 nuits qui s’est très bien déroulé. L’appartement est très central et tout peut se faire à pieds ou en métro (qui se trouve en bas de l’immeuble). L’appartement en lui-même est spacieux, tout équipé et sécurisé, Merci !

El alojamiento de Pedro y Carolina es perfecto para pasar unos días en Madrid. Su ubicación es inmejorable, además tiene unas vistas impresionantes. El apartamento cuenta con todas lo que necesitas para pasar una estancia agradable. Sin duda volvería a repetir.

This place was perfect for our 4 day stay in Madrid. Our host was very accommodating in allowing us to drop off our baggage prior to check-in time. They were there to open the door and provided us with a key before we left. Very comfortable home and the location was ideal. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to relax while on vacation.

Éramos 4 adultos y todos quedamos completamente satisfechos con el alojamiento y el trato de Julio Victor. No solo cuenta con todo lo necesario para un cómoda estancia, es además muy acogedor y se encuentra en un excelente punto con una estación de metro literalmente en la esquina. Bastante conveniente. Nos encantó la colección de libros sobre Madrid y España, pudimos aprender y aprovechar la visita gracias a ello. Por último quisiera destacar su atención como anfitrión. Posiblemente el mejor en mis años de AirBnB. Fue atento, amable, con respuesta prontas y hasta proactivo en ofrecernos almacenarnos las maletas en su hogar el día que nos íbamos. Recomendado. Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Rafael è stato un vero padrone di casa. sempre cordiale nelle comunicazioni che avevano in maniera molto celere. l'appartamento èa 200 metri dalla stazione metro di Tirso de Molina da cui poi si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. pulito ed ordinato.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

Estancia maravillosa en esta casa ubicada dentro de una finca rural. Fui con mi novia para una escapada romántica y el lugar era perfecto. Es cierto que son dos plantas y dos alojamientos, y por consiguiente puedes tener vecinos, y también es cierto que el guardés de la finca vive a unos 50 metros; pero en ningún momento sentí invadida mi intimidad. Los muebles y la decoración son preciosos y en excelente estado. El entorno es muy bonito, plena naturaleza. Sin duda, una experiencia para repetirla.

Le lieu est calme. Le logement est très bien équipé avec des petits plus (eau petillante, eau plate. café, thé, infusion, chocolat et bonbons...) en plus d'un logement très propre, spacieux un lit bien fait et très confortable comme les oreillers. Des serviettes qui sentent bon la lessive. Bref un accueil sans faute avec un suivi de l'hôte qui s'assure que tout aille bien dès l'arrivée. C'est très appréciable, bous recommandons chaleureusement.
