Holiday rentals with a patio in Combs-la-Ville

Amazing stay in Paris! So easy to get around from this location with multiple metro lines right there. Also walkable to many areas. Apartment was so clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. It also has a beautiful balcony with tons of plants and flowers. The immediate area was not the cutest, but it was very easy to get to the more scenic neighborhoods. It is worth noting that people tend to hang out on the street and the steps of the apartment late at night. They were respectful and moved out of the way to let us in, but it could be uncomfortable for some to push past people outside the door. Overall would definitely recommend!

Ótima estadia. Ótimo custo benefício. Bem cuidado e bem aconchegante. Localização estratégica, fácil acesso ao centro por transporte público bem como ao aeroporto Orly. Recomendo.

Accueil sympa et efficace. Appartement bien clair malgré la grisaille de décembre. Très clean, vraie cuisine bien équipée. Bonne literie. SDB nickel. Accès magasin tout proche, idem pour le métro avec plusieurs possibilités de correspondance. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Had a great stay at Caroline's. Caroline was very friendly and helpful. LeClerc hypermarket is a leisurely 15 minute walk. There's a boulangerie and a patisserie nearby There is a street 2 minutes away that is filled with cafes, restaurants, shops, green grocers, butchers, and a Carrefour. This street also becomes a Morning market on Sundays. The bus stop (Chanzy) is also just a two minute walk away. It's not a difficult commute to Paris downtown coming from Caroline's place. The kitchen is very adequate and is stocked with condiments like spices, balsamic vinegar, salt, and cooking oil. I was able to prepare a few dinners in that kitchen

Man kan bli avskräckt av priset, men bli inte det. Jämfört med ett lyxhotell så är det här mycket bättre. Exceptionellt på alla vis! Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta för en romantiskt och avslappnande vistelse.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig! De flexibele aankomst was voor ons een pluspunt! Het was een ruime woning die enorm gezellig was en prima verzorgd. We raden het zeker aan om hier te verblijven indien je graag wil gaan klimmen of genieten van de natuur!

Isabelle ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin bei der man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Das liebevolle und gemütlich eingerichtete Häuschen ist bestens ausgestattet, es lädt zum verweilen auf der Terrasse im Grünen ein. Die Entfernung in die Stadt ist wirklich schnell und einfach zurückgelegt. Wir könne einen Aufenthalt bei Isabelle wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo qui nous a empêché de profiter de la jouissance du jardin. Première impression à l'entrée du logement, un ensemble moderne, fonctionnel et surtout d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous recommandions vivement et si besoin, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Très bon séjour au calme très agréable

Snoezige woning, net buiten het centrum van het fijne dorp waar ikzelf een woning hoop te vinden over een paar jaar. De superstijle trap naar het slaapgedeelte (waar geen kledingkast is overigens, wel plek om je weekendtas te plaatsen) went na 2 dagen voldoende om er ook middenin de nacht veilig gebruik van te kunnen maken. Voor mij waren de gordijnen te licht, dus om 5.05u wakker zodra het licht werd. Heb jij dat ook? neem dan een slaapmasker mee, dat doe ik een volgende x ook. Het huis is goed geïsoleerd waardoor het ondanks de kleine hittegolf (en de ventilator) toch heerlijk slapen was. We hebben eigenlijk alleen buiten gezeten en voor het avondeten geen gebruik gemaakt van de keuken vanwege de vele fijne restaurantjes in het dorp.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

From the moment we booked, communication with the host was excellent—friendly, prompt, and helpful with local tips and clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The home itself was spotless and very well maintained, which we really appreciated as a family traveling with kids. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The space had everything we needed for a stress-free stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy beds. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Disneyland Paris, and situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. We felt safe and at home throughout our stay. Le logement est très bien placé : rer à proximité, bords de Marne. L’appartement est bien agencé, il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires : lave linge, sèche linge, ustensiles de cuisine etc Et les hôtes sont charmants et sympathiques. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, merci pour tout !
