Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Colònia de Sant Pere

We recently had a beautiful stay at Alexandra's place in Pollença. The property was so peaceful and private with beautiful surroundings. Alexandra was an incredible host. She was always quick to respond to any questions and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She provided some great recommendations for local restaurants and hikes, which we really enjoyed. If you're looking for a quiet retreat with an amazing, attentive host, I'd highly recommend staying at this place in Pollença. Thanks again Alex!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was spotless and Isidoro and Maria were extremely responsive to all our questions and provided excellent recommendations on places to eat, transportation options, bike rental places, and other questions we had. The location was perfect, close to many squares and plazas with good restaurants and gelaterias. There was certainly some construction happening but we had absolutely no regrets in choosing this apartment and would gladly stay here again.

We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend in Mallorca, largely thanks to Ed & Wayne’s wonderful apartment. It’s fully equipped with everything you could need and located in a truly stunning spot in Port de Sóller – waking up to the view over the bay was pure joy. Everything was perfectly taken care of, and communication was smooth and warm. Highly recommended!

We had a great time and would recommend this flat and Miguel as a host. A nice location just at the beach with kitesurfing opportunities directly at your house. Very quiet, which is a big advantage of being located a bit outside the area of Alcúdia (so a car or bicycle is recommended to make most of the gorgeous surroundings). We loved this place as a starting point for cycling as well. The flat is as beautiful as on the pictures seen already. We’d love to come back one day!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung war hell, gut aufgeteilt und vor allem sauber. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke und 2-3 gute Lokale in der Nähe. Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation hat ebenfalls sehr gut geklappt. Die Betten waren bequem und die Klima hat die Hitze in der Nacht um einiges aushaltbarer gemacht. Einziges Manko waren die Gelsen. Also für einen nächsten Besuch würde ich persönlich einen Gelsenstecker mitnehmen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können hier nur eine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Toni's place in Soller was a little slice of heaven, nestled within the mountains. Toni was an incredible host, always responsive and welcomed us with a lovely bottle of wine, local fruits and some sobrassada as a parting gift. Fantastic local recommendations and the most perfect pool with a view we've ever had. Would highly recommend as a nice private place for some RnR and to explore all of Soller!

The view of the water is beautiful to wake up to every morning. We were able to walk to many shops and restaurants, plus the beach is right across the street. We had a car and easily parked within a few blocks each evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren mit unseren Rennrädern dort und es hat alles super geklappt. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und sehr sauber.

We had a lovely week at Salva’s beach home. It is a cozy spot just a block from the beach, with plenty of outdoor space and a great rooftop and view of the ocean and town. The primary bedroom was on the second floor and it was nice to have a peaceful oasis, while our two teens had the downstairs bedrooms. We opted not to purchase the WiFi and enjoyed a digital detox for the week with lots of walks in the foothills (trail just 3 min from the house), beach explores, visits to surrounding towns (Artà, Colònia de Sant Pere, Sóller, Cala Rajada), and evening card games. There are also few great restaurants just a 10 minute walk from the house. We were there for Easter break, so the town felt very relaxed and pesceful. Salva helped us problem solve a few issues that came up and was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this spot, and plan to return. We had a lovely week i Soller. The house is spacious and beautifully appointed. Each room had it’s own bathroom, which allowed for privacy. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals — we made a crepe breakfast and a paella dinner. We loved the garden and we sat out on the upstairs terrace to watch the sunset. We loved walking through the town to the plaza to enjoy meals and drinks and watch children play in the plaza. We also enjoyed going to the beach at the Port and walking to the next town over. The house was a wonderful respite from the busy town. We are hopeful fon a return visit! We recommend mapping to the football stadium and/or then to the school that is directly across the street from the home — in order to avoid driving through the busy center. A small car is definitely best. We had a medium-size Peugeot and had 2 or 3 issues getting in and out of the driveway because parents park up and down the street to drop off and pick up their children.

Had a lovely stay with 3 girl friends. The beach was so close and it was beautiful to wake up and walk there under 5 minutes every day. The hosts were great in answering any questions we had. Highly recommend.

L'appartamento è fornito di ogni confort. Ottima la pulizia e la posizione, isolata come piace a me. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di piacevole relax. Jaume è stato sempre reattivo e cordiale. Un ottimo rifugio nel quale tornare sicuramente. La strada per arrivare non è asfaltata, ma è sufficiente fare attenzione e non si corre alcun pericolo di rovinare la macchina. FORTEMENTE CONSIGLIATO

C’est un petit coin paisible où tout est doux et calme, la lumière est chaude, les oiseaux, les poules, les chats, le chien, tout le monde vous invites à ralentir, à vous détendre, et contempler le calme. Nous avions une jolie chambre très belle, cozy, tout était là pour qu’on ai de quoi se préparer des petits plats (et heureusement, car on avait même pas envie de quitter l’endroit pour manger ailleurs.) Les matériaux sont nobles, d’une simplicité parfaite! La piscine est délicieuse, invitante! Notre hôte était accueillant et bienveillant. Je souhaite à tous le monde de goûter au bonheur qu’offre cet endroit merveilleux!

The villa was amazing, with incredible view over the bay. Everything was as described in the offer; well equipped; very clean; the beds were super comfy. The host was very proactive, sending lots of information about the house, neighbourhood and Mallorca overall. We really recommend this place. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The grounds are absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and offering a peaceful atmosphere to relax. The kitchen in the main house was exceptionally well equipped — we found everything we needed and more, which made cooking very enjoyable. All the rooms were equally comfortable and maintained a consistent, high standard, which we really appreciated as a larger group. A special thanks to Galina, who was always incredibly responsive. No matter what time of day, she replied promptly and was very helpful with any questions or needs we had — it truly made our stay even more pleasant. We really felt that nothing was missing. One small thing to be aware of: the property is located directly under a flight path, so planes do pass overhead regularly. It didn’t bother us a lot, but for very noise-sensitive guests, this might be something to consider in advance. Overall, we would highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

6 ladies and we found everything absolutely fantastic, all amenities within easy reach, taxi at the end of the road which was fab on the very rare occasion when we needed one. all in all would definitely recommend .

This is a magical place in beautiful natural surroundings. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. Well appointed and comfortable. Susi was such a warm and inviting host. The 3 dogs were so cute and Lula was always hanging out to play fetch :) This place is amazing and special just like Susi! Hope we can return someday.

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

Wij hebben met ons gezin een geweldige vakantie in het huis van Guillermo gehad. Het is een ruim, mooi huis dat van alle gemakken voorzien is. Guillermo is een fijne host: heel gastvrij, vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar. Het huis is op 5 minuten lopen van de baai van Font de sa Cala gelegen. Met de auto ben je in 15 minuten bij andere mooie stranden in de regio. Dank je wel voor het verblijf in jouw huis Guillermo, we hopen in de toekomst nog eens terug te komen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem sehr sauberen Apartment. Der Panoramablick ist fantastisch und die Wohnung ist wirklich so wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Ausstattung inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind wunderbar und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der frische Duft der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher waren ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Wir würden diese Wohnung jedem empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about

Me and my fiance stayed here for a week for our anniversary and it was perfect! The area was so quiet and peaceful. Beautiful location and very easy to get to the local town by taxi or car. The whole process was very smooth and Marga & Gabriel were very proactive with any queries we had and recommendations. Would highly recommend!

Xisco made it very easy to find the apartment and he was very easy to contact if needed. We stayed for four weeks and he sent a couple of texts just to check everything was ok. Very enjoyable stay, 5 minutes walk to the beach and about 4, to the large Eroski supermarket
