Mrs. Aida was a great host. We personally received it, showed us the accommodations and surprised us with a kindness: a delicious cake for my daughter, who was on her birthday. We feel very welcome. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and organized. The car was stored in the courtyard, with an electronic gate. Safe and comfortable place. I recommend.

Great location, I felt very safe walking on the street near the house, it is very close to go by car to downtown Curitiba or shopping malls. The house is perfect, all rooms very well arranged and with super cozy beds, it really is what the listing portrays and much more. As it has 3 floors, it has an optimal space if you go with more people. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect! Super helpful host and very easy and accessible check-in.

It is very sunny, which for us was a positive factor, because it was cold in Curitiba during our stay and we did not feel much the impact of the change in temperature because we had sun in the apartment in the morning. The apartment served us perfectly! It has everything you need, and the shower is wonderful! The location is excellent, so much so that sometimes we left the car in the garage and do everything on foot. The structure of the building is great, with 24h gatekeepers and automatic activation of the gate by the license plate (practical), and it also has a market.
