beautiful and spacious apartments, very beautiful view from the balcony, quiet neighborhood. the owner was very responsive and friendly, quickly accepted the request. the apartment has everything you need for a long stay. each of the three people had a separate room. definitely worth the money

I have to say it was a sincere pleasure to stay in this lovely flat. Patrick had the place fully equipped, it was clean, spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It was a real gem! I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a real special stay in Köln!

Recently refurbished apartment on the upper floor of a detached house in a quiet suburban area. Very complete kitchen, everything very clean. Nice host. About 15 minutes walk to the nearest trainstation with every 20 minutes connection to the centre of Köln. Only one (but not minor these days) issue: the wifi was to weak to establish a connection to our phones and tablets.

I had a fantastic stay at Luke's apartment. The place was clean, stylish, and well-equipped. Luke was a welcoming and accommodating host, making sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

Everything related to my stay was perfect. The house was clean, the location was easy to find, and it was close to public transport. Just a caveat: it may not be suitable for some due to noise coming from the bar, especially on weekends.

Really lovely flat with a generously equipped kitchen. It‘s very bright thanks to the high ceilings and huge windows… nicely furnished with a lovely spacious feel. Given that it‘s a 5 min walk from Hansaring station and just a few strides from the ring itself it is really quiet. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby which Luna and Janick helpfully pointed out as well. Throughout they were quick to respond and very welcoming. Great stay! Would certainly book again!

The apartment had a great location. The view from the balcony to the Rhine was wonderful, and we went outside every day despite the cold days. The apartment was very lovingly decorated, we didn't miss anything and you immediately felt welcome. We also took advantage of the large bathtub – it was just great. Sven was very helpful and reliable. If something was wrong, he helped immediately. All in all: Excellent! We'd love to come back!

Great, very friendly hosts. The loft bed was still usable with my 1.93 m and downstairs you also had the opportunity to sit down with a desk and armchair. The bathroom accessible via the staircase took getting used to and was a bit small, but was okay for my purposes. Thanks for the great, warm hosts 🙂

I felt completely comfortable in the apartment on Airbnb. A small, lovingly designed bachelorette party was planned - a farewell of the bride from her girls. The location is very quiet, the accommodation was sparkling clean on arrival and stylishly furnished in a country house style, which immediately created a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is excellently equipped - nothing is missing! A special highlight was the projector, you can even use a Wii - that really rounded off the evening. The apartment offers an incredible amount of space and is also very lovingly decorated – perfect if you are traveling with a larger group without feeling cramped. However, you should know that a lot of attention is paid to the volume here. So if you're planning a loud party, this is not the right place. For cozy evenings with soft music, nice conversations and a relaxed atmosphere, the accommodation is absolutely ideal.

Really loved staying at this great Airbnb. Perfect for people who love gaming and chilling with friends. The access to the forest is also great!

Our stay on New Year's Eve was great. We were over 20 people and were able to make good use of the various advantages of the accommodation. We were particularly impressed by the large living room and the master bedroom. Communication with Sascha was also great, he quickly answered the problems that arose (sauna did not get hot and Wi-Fi failed) and gave us the solutions. The only downside was that on the last night there was no more hot water and only two showers were available. Otherwise, the house is great for all groups who want to celebrate for a few nights.

The accommodation on Fun-Stays was as in the photos with numerous entertainment options in the Stadl and the separate accommodation, which also made relaxation/sleep possible despite longer parties in the Stadl. (Only the Narnia cabinet with ball pool and poker table were a bit smaller than expected) We were 13 people for 3 nights in the location. There were enough beds, a nice kitchen and dining area and above all we liked the party house. Meanwhile, there is also a table oven, which allowed us to bake rolls. Minor defects such as defective switch controllers and missing knives were repaired directly the next morning. The Fun-Stays messages were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was one of the best AirBnB locations for large groups we have visited so far and had a cool time and excellent communication with Sascha and the team.

We felt very comfortable. The house is very nice and cozy. It has enough space for several people to take a short vacation. Outside, there is a beautiful meadow where the children liked to play. The surrounding area is very quiet and invites you to relax. Alexandra was quick to reach and proactively approached us with many ideas. We had a lovely time. Thank you so much for everything :)

Our stay was super comfortable, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and super friendly, always checking on us and made our stay feel like we were a family member staying over. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, they were always available to help and make us feel comfortable! The area is calm and near public transportation, supermarket and bakeries in a short walking distance. Thank you for your warm reception!

The apartment is highly recommended. Maj is a super host and was there for us throughout. The location of the apartment is very good, you have a great view of the Rhine and Düsseldorf, especially at night. The existing garage and elevator are comfortable and the furnishings of the apartment leave nothing to be desired.

I stayed at Bob's for just one day and unfortunately we didn't get to hang out much, but he seems like a swell guy. The apartment is super cosy and clean and the neighbourhood is quite hip, full of little restaurants and cafes. I would come back here for sure.

Perfect Good service Kind host

Our stay in Saffig was spontaneous and short but we enjoyed it a lot. The apartment was freshly renovated with a lot of love for detail and good eye for interior design. Sabrina has made every effort to provide full amenities,so that nothing is missing. Technically, there were problems at the beginning that could not be fixed over the weekend - Sabrina quickly created a solution here. The warm welcome, the cozy atmosphere and the great landscape of the area have allowed us a relaxing break, thank you!
