Cristian was very helpful, we found him waiting for us. The accommodation is a terraced house in a residence with a swimming pool that can be used until late. It is on 3 levels, has two double bedrooms, and a large sofa bed, a bathroom and a half, and a fully equipped kitchen. Honestly, I've never found a kitchen supply so complete. Towels, and kitchen tablecloths, plenty. Cristian is a great host. We will definitely be back.

Marco's house was exceptional, located very close to the sea, within walking distance. The accommodation was perfectly clean, spacious, with all the accessories available for me and my family. Everything went smoothly, Marco proved to be impeccable, very kind and always available. I absolutely recommend staying at his Airbnb!

Very nice apartments, very clean. Perfect for families. Only 5-7min to the beach by car. Hosts are super nice. Good Italian coffee and fine cake is provided. Very quiet. Beautiful views over the hills. Were there for 9 nights and would also stay longer. Our apartment was completely cleaned after half of the stay.

A unique and overwhelming experience! Ideal for spending a day away from the city and in full contact with nature. The stilt house is a magical and enchanted place surrounded by greenery where you can observe the landscape of the forest. The interior of the structure is cared for in every detail, a mini SPA with a Japanese bath makes the stay romantic and pleasant. The owner Annalisa is super kind and helpful, ready to accommodate any request. The aperitif with cured meats and cheeses accompanied by their wine is truly out of this world! We were also able to eat the pizza from the property's wood-fired oven, which was very good! I would say it was a super experience and one to be repeated!

The apartment has a prime location, directly on the beach promenade and very close to the pedestrian zone of Guilianova. The great, very large terrace and the parking space in the underground garage should be emphasized. All rooms include air conditioning. However, the room with the single bed is very small. The apartment is definitely recommended for a beach vacation. Our dog was also allowed to come, but dogs are not allowed in the beach resorts. That should be borne in mind.
