Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Collonges-au-Mont-d'Or

Odile was always responsive and very flexible with our booking request. The apartment is in an ideal location - with a fabulous bakery just steps away. You are in the middle of the action, with beautiful views. The bedroom is in the back, so the nightlife sounds do not disturb your sleep. Would definitely return to this location.

Studio situé à 7 min à pieds du métro et 20 min à pieds du parc de la tête d'or. Logement conforme à la description et très pratique avec ascenseur. Vous pouvez être au centre de Lyon en 20 minutes.

Xavier is a great host, fast and helpful at responding to our questions and he made the slightly circuitous check-in process very smooth by sending photos that made it easy to manage. The apartment is older (has high ceilings and nice period features). Be prepared for "Les Pentes": this area of Lyon is cool, artsy and bohemian. There is a lot of graffiti everywhere but it's street art, not vandalism! (In fact, right next door to the building is an international school of art and design). I'm so glad we stayed in Les Pentes: so much character (compared to over-touristy vieux Lyon), great restaurants etc. The only problem we had was with the elevator. We were traveling with heavy suitcases and not thrilled to discover the elevator only operates from the first floor (not ground) and the afternoon we arrived wasn't working at all. So be prepared.

The host was fantastic. It’s a beautiful place in a beautiful town. The only things that could have been better were out of their control. My only warning is for longer stays. receiving packages was complicated, there’s no mailbox and the door opens into the street so there’s no way for them to be left for you. The package delivery people are impatient and walk away immediately after knocking so even if you’re in the room, they’re gone by the time you reach the door. I had to travel to retrieve multiple packages from a nearby town, and one package was never delivered at all because of this. But this is really only an issue for longer stays.

Olivier was so delightful to deal with, very responsive and detailed! The spacious apartment was modern but also had old world charm in the large exposed beam and stone work. There were a few lovely restaurants within a 5-10 min walk and the old part of Lyon just a 20 minute walk away! He was so flexible when we arrived early and allowed us to drop our luggage so we could explore Vieux Lyon until check in. It was a bit warm as the AC hadn’t yet been activated but all the fans helped overcome that! Overall we would highly recommend this lovely property. Thank you Olivier!

Clément was a great, responsive host and the apartment itself was a wonderful base of operations for our visit to the greater Lyon area. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals at home, but you have the option to enjoy a wide variety of cuisines within 10 minutes walking distance. To sum up it’s a convenient location with good access to transportation and supplies. The neighborhood has a youthful feel to it, and we felt safe at all times. I would like to add that the beds, linens and towels were all of high-quality, and the water pressure was great!

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

We only stayed for a few days but it was amazing. The host is very friendly and is always available for whatever you may need! Peaceful neighborhood and the house is close to a couple shops, so it’s perfect for longer stays, or just if you need a day to yourself to relax! The house itself is very modern and feels like it’s generally well maintained. There’s an incredible bedroom for kids, equipped with a sort of bunk bed and firefighter pole to slide down into a ball pit! House also comes with a very friendly outdoor cat that lives in the neighborhood and loves attention! Did I mention the turtles?

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. Toute ma famille a été ravie de la maison. Nous avons chacun trouvé notre place sans se marcher dessus grâce aux chambres et les enfants ont pu lire et jouer tranquillement. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre passage. Merci à José pour son accueil.

Incroyable, nous recommandons vivement! Le cadre/ la vue sont juste magnifiques, le logement impeccable, la décoration est soignée et de bon goût, la literie est parfaite. Le logement, bien qu'à côté du corps de ferme, offre une intimité agréable. Marianne est chaleureuse et très soucieuse du bien être de ses hôtes tant dans ses messages que dans les détails dans le logement. Maryse est une hôte très accueillante et très gentille. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit mais nous avons apprécié les petites attention de Maryse dans le logement (café, petites madeleines, thé, etc.) et les informations sur la région et la demeure.

Petit appartement, très bien situé au milieu du Beaujolais, en haut d’une cime avec une vue imprenable… Marcelle est très discrète et impeccable à tous les niveaux

Très bon séjour chez Hélène. L’appartement était assez grand pour 2 personnes et très lumineux. Tout est bien indiqué et simple. Hélène est très réactive pour répondre aux messages. C’était parfait !

We had a long stay at Stéphane's apartment and were 100% satisfied with everything about it. There is a wonderful pedestrian walking trail right nearby that takes you directly to Croix-Rousse with one of the best farmers's markets in Lyon. The bus stop in front of the apartment will take you to the train station or connect you to anywhere you need to go. A large and convenient grocery store is across the street. The apartment is very modern and well decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, something that is a must for travelers. I cannot think of a thing that Stéphane could do to make this a more comfortable and inviting BnB. You can reserve this apartment without worry. It lives up to all expectations. Thank you Stéphane.

Très bel appartement et un hôte très sympa et réactif qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites. Appartement très bien insonorisé même si c’est bruyant quand on ouvre les fenêtres devant. Une chouette brasserie a proximité. Proche de la gare perrache, et proche du centre ville. Petit bémol, comme il y a un bar à hôtesse dans le meme bloc, nous avons eu peur que le quartier soit glauque mais pas du tout en fait. Encore merci à Alexis, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le sofa est un peu fatigué mais le reste des meubles est top. Lit confortable et 2 colonnes ventilateur similaire fait trop chaud.

Delphine a été d’un très bon support. Répondais rapidement et suggérais de bon restaurant. L’appartement bien que petit est idéal pour 2 personnes. Toutes les commodités sont là. Logé dans un édifice historique, la restriction de ne pas avoir de climatiseur est le seul inconvénient lors de canicule. Tout est à proximité de marche. Un gros avantage est la station de métro « Hôtel de Ville » à moins d’une minute de marche. Un appartement stratégiquement bien situé pour les visiteurs. Merci à Delphine, nous y renviendrons.

Super logement, très propre, spacieux et idéal pour un séjour en famille ou en groupe. Quartier paisible et situé juste à côté du Rhône :) Marie est très gentille et a été très arrangeante, en nous permettant d'arriver plus tôt que prévu. Merci à vous !

If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so. Aurelie and Sebastien were very kind and helpful. Since we are older and unfamiliar with the area, Aurelie picked us up at the train station, showed us how to buy subway tickets and which routes to take to get to Vieux Lyon. From the Airbnb it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station, and a 7 minutes ride to the center. We wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood, and this place is very quiet. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance; a supermarket is right around the corner, so are two bakeries. The apartment was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beds had new mattresses and were extremely comfy! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. On the morning we left to catch our train to Paris, an Uber driver could not arrive in time to take us to the station. Sebastien and Aurelie drove us to the station to catch our train. Now, that's fantastic service! I highly recommend this place.
