Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Collonges-au-Mont-d'Or

Très joli logement, on voit que les travaux ne sont pas totalement terminé ( il reste de la peinture à faire et le mobilier extérieur est à revoir) mais cela ne gênait en rien le séjour. Le logement a beaucoup de charmes et est fonctionnel. Le trampoline, les fléchettes, le babyfoot et la télé avec Netflix est un plus notamment quand il y a des orages 😉 Nicolas était très réactif et ses explications sont clairs. Je pense que l'accès au logement pourrait se faire un peu plus tôt, mais heureusement il y a pleins de choses à visiter aux alentours sur les bons conseils de Nicolas.

Très chouette loft vraiment atypique (style indus), très bien placé près des transports en commun (métro et bus) Bien équipé, literie très confortable. Petite cour trés agréable. Kheira est très réactive. Rien à redire

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Really comfortable house with lots of facilities. The pool was excellent and very clean. Barbecue and bread oven were good options in the garden. Nice sitting out area with fridge and ice maker .Walkable to two shopping areas with everything needed Including a good Sunday food market in Genas We managed without a car . Trip into the centre of Lyon took an hour via bus,tram and metro. The airport is only 10 minutes by taxi. Four double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms/ showers We were 5 adults and one child , ideal for 4 couples. Dining areas in kitchen , in the living area and also outside so lots of options. It is a family home but plenty of space for visitors belongings. Would highly recommend. Quite area , fields behind the house which give it a country feel despite the handiness of “town “shopping and transport links

Nous avons passé un super week-end familial pour les 40 ans de mon cousin. Cathy et son mari ont été très arrangeants sur les heures de départ et d’arrivée et nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement. La villa est sublime et tout équipée. Nous n’avons manqué de rien pour nous amuser (piscine et bouées gonflables, fléchettes, baby-foot, pétanque, ping-pong, en passant par la promenade digestive dans le jardin en compagnie de bébés tortues ou la sieste sur les filets de catamaran). Félicitations à eux pour cette incroyable rénovation (dont j’ai apprécié les anecdotes). Les chambres étaient confortables, pas besoin de ramener ni les draps, ni les serviettes, nos hôtes prennent à cœur le confort de leurs visiteurs. Dans l’ensemble, la maison était propre, avec une telle superficie, le ménage doit être sportif. Petit point à améliorer (parce que je suis très allergique) : c’est justement la poussière et les poils des chats. Encore merci pour tout !

A wonderful home privately located in a scenic location, but within a five minute drive of all amenities including the supermarket. The house has everything you need for a family stay - it is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the whole house is very spacious. We were a group of 8 and 1 baby. We loved our stay here!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Logement très fonctionnel avec beaucoup d’équipements de cuisine et conforme aux photos, décoré avec goût. Le cadre est tranquille. Je recommande à 100% !

What a beautiful apartment. The furnishings and artwork are charming and it has everything we needed. With views across the river to Fouviere, which is lit up at night, it was wonderful. The location is perfect for visiting the old town and an Uber gets you to the main station for daytrips. It's quiet for sleeping yet there are bars downstairs. An excellent supermarket 3 minutes away for all your needs. We didn't meet Emmanuel but he was quick to respond to queries.

séjour très rapide avec une arrivée autonome à 2h du matin! mais grâce aux instructions de Bertrand, arrivée sereine! tout était prêt à notre arrivée, ce qui nous a permis de nous endormir paisiblement et rapidement ! positionnement idéal du logement!

Patrick is a lovely man who went to the trouble to meet us at the entrance and show us around the excellent unit and to offer any help we may need. It has everything you could need for a stay and is so conveniently located on the walking street with spectacular views from the balcony all the way up to the square. The lift is very convenient as it would be difficult to walk up 6 floors of stairs. It is in easy walking distance to the Metro and many restaurants across the square If you are coming to Lyon I highly recommend Patricks place to stay

Highly recommend this lovely apartment! It had everything we needed for a two week stay. The bed was really comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower (with great water pressure). The apartment does not have AC, but we were pleasantly surprised with how cool it remained. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Lyon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Das Appartment ist klein und sehr geschickt aufgeteilt. Es strahlt eine dynamische, optimistische Atmosphäre aus. Die Ausstattung ist großzügig und erlaubt echtes Wohnen mit Kochen und Waschen für 4 Personen . Die Beschreibung wird vollständig erfüllt . Isabelle reagierte auf alle Mails sofort, freundlich und sachlich. Leider wurde ihre Erläuterung zu den Eingangscodes nicht vollständig übersetzt wiedergegeben. Es war sehr mühsam, die ursprünglichen Angaben von Isabelle auf der App zu finden. Eine Schwäche in der Kommunikation von Airbnb, sehr schade.

Audrey is a great person. My car was broken into in the parking near Confluence museum. They took my bag within few minutes. Unfortunately the accommodation keys were in it. I messaged Audrey about the situation. She left another sets of keys in the lockbox and fully understood my situation. That was a really helpful for me. And the accommodation is also clean and functional. I strongly recommend. Thank you Audrey!

Marc apartment is perfect. He is very responsive and willing to help at anytime. Very thoughtful milk, rusks, orange juice, sparkling mineral water, biscuits and coffee pods for our use. Marc also generously offered his car parking space. Location is in a good neighbourhood, about a 15-20 minute walk to old town. Very comfortable apartment with everything you'll need. Bed is large and very comfortable. Very enjoyable stay in Lyon.

Patricia’s apartment was stunning,clean and comfortable. Full of her art, beautifully decorated and furnished, we immediately felt right at home and settled in for our long stay. Very conveniently located close to all transport, surrounded by excellent bakeries/patisseries, local street markets and a ten minute walk to the famous Les Halles. Lots of traditional restaurants within easy reach. Though situated on a main street the apartment was quiet, the beds very comfortable. Patricia very generously provided breakfast and treats. Lyon is a great city full of art, history and excellent food as well as wonderful green spaces such as the Tete D’Or park, only a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. This is one of the best airbnb properties we have stayed at. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Such a wonderful house in a great location. Robin is an excellent host, very communicative and always helpful. This is their family home, not a minimalist second home used only for AirBnB purposes, but that makes it all the better. A property lovingly renovated into a peaceful and comfortable home. The photos don’t do it justice. Plenty of space for 7 adults and we all loved it. There is a small village 10 minutes walk away with a boulangerie and mini market with a fabulous farmers market on Sundays and Fridays throughout the summer. The public transport into Lyon is a bus and metro ride away and simple to navigate and cheap. We had great weather even at the end of September which meant the pool got a lot of use. 4 bedrooms were doubles and comfortable, the 5th has two singles in a bunk. Their cat stays while you are there and he is very friendly. Fully recommend staying there. (4 of 5 stars on cleaning because although it is very clean, some travellers prefer empty houses, but not us)

Une très belle maison tout confort et spacieuse avec une splendide vue sur les Monts Lyonnais. Très calme avec des commerces accessibles à pied. Sébastien et Sylvain ont été très réactifs à nos demandes et ils se sont assurés que nous étions bien arrivés. Notre chienne Stormy a trouvé également le séjour tout confort avec un jardin clôturé. Nos deux adolescents ont appréciés la grande salle de bain et des chambres tout confort. Le jacuzzi est un plus et agréable après une journée de marche. Merci à vous .

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour : maison très agréable et très bien équipée, avec une magnifique vue, de très beaux couchers de soleil et une belle piscine toute neuve. La maison correspond bien aux photos et à la description données, et notre séjour a vraiment été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la localisation, à la fois très proche du centre de Lyon mais dans un cadre calme et verdoyant, très reposant et dépaysant pour les vacances, avec de belles balades à faire dans la région. L’accueil des parents de Marion à notre arrivée a été très sympathique et chaleureux, tout comme les contacts avec Marion et Renaud, notamment lors de notre départ. Merci pour les très gentilles attentions à notre arrivée et pour votre aide et votre disponibilité très appréciées pendant le séjour et même après notre départ (merci encore de nous avoir très gentiment signalé et envoyé un objet oublié). Je recommande très fortement, et reviendrai avec grand plaisir.
