We enjoyed our stay ! Very peaceful and relaxing! We would definitely stay here again!

I could tell this was going to be a great stay when the host proactively reached out to relay pertinent information and check in with us prior to the start of our stay. She even offered for us to check in a bit early, but due to sitter delays, that wasn't an option. The place was beachy, comfortable and had everything we needed. I loved all her little notes around the home like how the remotes worked. She provided clear instructions for entry, exit and the pool. Excellent water pressure in the shower and tons of towels, plus little touches like mini makeup removers. The deck was fabulous with comfortable chairs and right on the water. We could even hear the little band playing at a nearby bar while we sat on the porch with drinks. Super convenient to a few local restaurants, thought really nothing on the island is farther than 10 minutes away. No trouble with neighbors or really any concerns. My only hope is we can visit again soon. I'd highly recommend this location.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable. We were glad that a Kureg and coffee were provided. The only downside was the stairs.

Liked the easy walk to Presley's seafood restaurant and beach access 37 for sunset walks with dolphins! Waking up with the hot tub right there was a treat. Info packet had helpful sheets like a tide chart, local dining and sights to see.

We had a great time in Edisto! Communication with Chris was great, we were just a walk away from the beach, and right next to one of the pools. As a family of 5 with 3 littles 5 and under, we fit just fine. Would definitely stay at Chris’ place again!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. There were amazing views of the ocean and sand dunes. It is a perfect place to watch the sunrise. We were thrilled to have such a short walk to the beach, pool, and all other amenities. We definitely will be back to the island. Kelly is a wonderful host.

I loved staying here! It was pretty much a great place! The only thing I’d say I wish was different was just to check in earlier but I know that has a lot to do with the cleaning process. They responded pretty quickly to any questions I had, had dishwasher pods, laundry, it was pretty snazzy. Thanks!

Peaceful vacation spot! Went for a short trip to the beach with my pup and was the perfect place for someone traveling solo or with a family. I felt safe in the gated community but also enough privacy to feel peaceful especially out on the patio. The house was clean, well stocked with essentials and felt right at home. Was about an 18 minute walk to the beach out the back gate so perfect for a walk on the beach with the pups but if you have beach gear definitely better to drive which is less than 5 minutes from the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Our accomodations could not have been more pleasing! Plenty of room. It was very accessible to the beach! I would definitely choose this location again.

Perfect for a beach getaway! Great size and location. Extremely well maintained. Absolutely loved mornings on the screened in porch watching the wildlife!

The accommodation was clean and welcoming. The neighborhood was very nice with a lot of things to do.

This home feels welcoming and cared-for. The condo is lovely and well-equipped. It has a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool is an easy walk, as are the fitness room, tennis courts, and beach. It is on the 3rd floor and a short flight of stairs must be navigated to reach the elevator.

Great place and big enough for myself and my husband, our two sons, and my in laws. Beautiful backyard next to the lagoon, peaceful and amazing! Everything is definitely drivable, I will say that while you probably *could* walk to the beach, it’s quite the trek that is undoable with small kids. We were able to pack them up and drive to the closest beach access no problem, so it was fine! Highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay at Chris’s condo in Edisto! Chris was great at communicating details and even reached out directly when we ran into a hiccup with check-in (which was on the resort and not on him). We would recommend Chris’s place and stay here again!

Chris was a wonderful host! This was our first time to Edisto and we will definitely be back and will book with Chris. The condo is directly by the pool. Close to the beach and delicious restaurants. You must go to Botany Bay while here. I highly recommend this listing!

Great spot for relaxing getaway. The beach is great for walking, especially at low tide! Not a great beach for swimming only because I like to see the bottom and you can’t see the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful dunes and marked turtle nesting sites. The pool is wonderful and relaxing. We really appreciate the quiet time after 10:00 pm so you don’t hear a bunch of partying. It’s a family resort and we had a great three days! The condo was nice but needs a little TLC of bathroom mirrors, light switches in the kitchen and dining room. Overall was a nice rental!

A great winter getaway to the beach! The indoor heated oil was a great amenity to have access to, as well as the playground just a short walk away.

My wife and I enjoyed our weekend getaway. This condo was everything it was described as and more.
