Delphine's place is very lovely. Love the fact that it was ocean view. It is lovely for a romantic getaway. Walk on the beach, small hike trail. The stay was very pleasant. I had such a great time in this apartment. thank you Delphine for being so responsive and helpful. 10/10

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Mariana and Manoj Airbnb!!! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. Mariana and Manoj were fantastic: responsive, and full of great recommendations for the area. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, which made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet enough to relax. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Ava was super warm and friendly. I had a great time staying at the location. The event I travelled to attend was within walking distance and most importantly I felt like I was at home even though I wasn't. Comfortable, affordable and super tranquil surroundings also enhanced the overall experience of my stay. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend ❤

I had such a wonderful experience at Oligaia, in Saint Martin (Orient Bay). The location is unbeatable just a short stroll away from the beach, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and everything you might need. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt incredibly safe. Olivia was a thoughtful and responsive host who made sure everything was accessible. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and relaxing spot in Saint Martin, I highly recommend Oligaia. Would absolutely stay again!

Our second stay at this lovely place! Laure was very responsive to questions I asked before our arrival. She met us at check in and explained everything as she reacquainted us with the apartment. She also checked with us a couple times during our stay. Apartment is very roomy with a king bed. Air conditioners in the bedroom and living room. We loved having breakfast on the patio overlooking the pool. Apartment is very clean, safe, and quiet at night. Had absolutely everything we needed with many extras included. There are many beach bars with chairs and umbrellas nearby. Also many restaurants with varied menus within easy walking distance. There is a small grocery store nearby too. We love staying at Orient Bay. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! See you next year!

Amazing. So close walking distance to a bunch of beaches, and nice night life area. Private, luxurious, and felt very safe since it was a gated community. Absolutely adorable condo and friendly neighbors. Highly highly recommend and we will be coming back! Perfect location.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce logement ! Loic et toute la familia sont d'une grande gentillesse et c'est un réel plaisir d'avoir fait leur rencontre. L'appartement est idéal, grand, propre, et l'extérieur avec accès direct à la piscine est un vrai plus pour un confort maximal ! Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir séjourner si nous repassons par St Martin !

Really enjoyed the stay at this beautiful home. Peaceful love the sound of the ocean at night. Fun to watch the airplanes come by after landing and tiring around. The beach is beautiful and the privacy is second to none.

La villa Almond Blue bénéficie d’une vue extraordinaire, sublime face à la baie. Vous apercevez Pinel et Saint Barth depuis la terrasse, installés dans un agréable salon extérieur couvert La maison, très agréable et simple à vivre, offre tout le nécessaire pour passer d’agréables moments de détentes.

Wat een prachtige plek, met een nog mooier uitzicht op het water en Pinel Island. Op deze plek kom je helemaal tot rust, de buitenruimte met genoeg zitplaatsen en het kleine zwembad is echt geweldig, meer heb je niet nodig. Binnen is de ruimte van alle gemakken voorzien, airco, plafondventilatoren, handige keuken, goede bedden en fijne badkamers. Als je een stukje richting de zee loopt kom je ezeltjes en wilde paarden tegen, werkelijk fantastisch! Ze houden erg van wortels. Verder heb je zeker een huurauto nodig om wat van het eiland te zien, boodschappen te doen of naar een restaurant gaan. Deze plek is echt een verborgen parel waar je je heerlijk thuis zult voelen. The location is wonderful. You can walk to the beach and the square with wonderful restaurants. The beach did have an issue with seagrass but the beach is raked each day. But beware that there will be grass on the beach even after raking. However, even with that orient bay was a very nice area. The neighborhood is gated and the street the house is located on is beautiful. We felt very safe while in orient bay. The house is well appointed, having everything we needed including towels, washing machine , and dishwasher. There was construction on the street that disrupted the water and electricity briefly. Oliver was very responsive when issues did arise. Luckily the house has backup water for when the city water goes down. The views from the house are stunning and the water in the pool is perfect. The house could use a little updating but the issues are minor.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Delphine et Agnès qui sont très agréables et de très bons conseils. Le logement est parfait, très propre, bien équipé, un écrin de verdure en connexion avec la nature, très bien situé sur l'île. La définition parfaite de la douceur de vivre.

Stéphane est un hôte formidable, réactif et disponible. La maison est un petit coin de paradis avec une vue sur Saint-Barth époustouflante. La piscine est un rêve. Toutes les chambres sont confortables et offrent une vue. Nous y étions avec nos 3 grands enfants et nos parents, tout le monde était ravi. Il y a des petits commerces à proximité qui sont super pratiques dont 2 restaurants recommandés par Stéphane à distance de marche. Nous avons découvert l'île (tout est près) et nous étions toujours heureux de revenir à la maison. Merci merci !

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet appartement qui correspondait à la description. nous étions 6 adultes et le logement est adapté pour 6. Proche de Marigot, et de maho beach côté néerlandais, vu sur le lagon. baignade pas très loin à bay rouge une plage magnifique. merci.

We had an amazing and peaceful stay at Aqua Marina. This luxury condo is very spacious with a private walk out balcony in each room that boasts spectacular views of the islands Jamila is the perfect hostess. She setup the car rental agreement for our stay and responded immediately to all of our needs. I’m the future, We will stay at this condo without hesitation!

WOW C'est un endroit très reposant et convivial, c'est très grand, très propre avec tout ce que l'on a besoin pour un séjour remarquable. Le lit est super confortable, on a dormis comme des bébés toute la semaine. La vue du 7ème étage est tout simplement sublime, vue direct sur les avions qui atterrisse et qui décolle, et aussi sur les bateaux de croisière qui arrivent ou quittent l'ile, amenez-vous des jumelles ça vaut la peine. Nous avons accès direct à la plage de Cupecoy à partir du resort. Si vous louez une voiture et que vous séjournez au Sapphire, je vous conseille une voiture de taille moyenne (J'avais une Nissan Versa) car le stationnement intérieur est assez restreint. Le Sapphire Beach Club est un endroit super agréable, le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Je n'ai que du positif à dire de mon séjour et que dire de Maya qui a été toujours là en cas de besoin et prête à nous aider. Merci Maya j'apprécie. À Bientôt. Superb location. Beautiful view of Orient Bay and Beach. The unit has all modern equipment. There are perhaps six or seven restaurants within a five-minute walk, one of which has a small bakery with delicious desserts. Also within that five-minute walk are two grocery stores. There is a balcony, while small, is adequate, and you can view the goings-on at the beach and the village restaurant area. We felt safe the entire time we were there. The only drawback for us 80 plus years old was the number of stairs. If you are elderly or have balance problems, we would not recommend it.

The place was steps from the beach! Beautiful and clean. Host very helpful. We loved st. Martin and this family friendly beach next to Mary Boons! We ate lunch there and cooked in dinner at home. Great appliances And every cooking tool you could need. Andrea was very helpful. The only thing I was a little worried about was the airplanes noise and honestly you forget they are even there after first day.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l’appartement d’Emilie, sa proximité avec la Baie Orientale ainsi que la plage et la piscine de la résidence nous ont permis de pouvoir varier les plaisirs durant notre séjour, sans oublier qu’il est également très bien situer et proche de toute commodité (station service, aéroport, supermarché). Emilie est également une hôte très réactive et disponible. Je recommande à 100% son logement

Emma was a wonderful and responsive host. She provided clear information and met us at the Airbnb to welcome us. I especially loved the delicious bottle of local rum she gave us, which was exactly what I needed after a long flight! This was my first time visit, and only after exploring the island, did I realize that Orient Bay is the best place to stay. Her apartment is one of the best apartments available. We especially loved the balcony during our morning coffee to watch the sunrise and stunning views of the ocean, mountains, and stars. It was so nice to be only a minute walk to the beach and we could go back anytime we wanted. Just in front of the apartment are the two best beach bars in Orient Bay - Kontiki (delicious sushi), and Orange Fever (best price for lounge chairs). In the evening, just a short walk away is an enchanting, high-class dining area with various restaurants at reasonable prices. I loved the French Cafe for a delicious breakfast in the morning.
