The spacious Penthouse is in one of the island’s most sought-after areas where you can tour, shop, dine, and more, and when you get tired, head to your private rooftop pool deck, kick back, and watch the sun setting over the horizon with an aperitif in hand. Yeah, life is THAT great up here! The space: Modern but with a homey chic, Villa La Perla Sky is all about sweeping views and convenience! You’ll be able to do various activities, ranging from tennis and gym sessions to relaxing massages and private boat tours from the Marina. Of course, strolling on the Plaza in this exclusive residence and dining in select restaurants will be no less enjoyable. Although you may choose to skip cooking altogether, the villa features a highly modern kitchen worthy of a professional chef with a long list of appliances, including a dishwasher, a coffee and an espresso machine, as well as an ice machine. There are also two options if you decide to eat in (you could order delivery or hire a private chef!): the dining room table next to the large open-plan living area and the covered table on the rooftop patio. An outdoor space of 14 m2 with a view of the sea and the island of Pinel! Prices are for 2 people but possible 4 people (sofa bed), price on request.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment, on 2nd floor of Royal Islander La Terrasse, in the hub of the action at St. Maarten's Maho village, which is most secured area of the island. Next to the Princess Juliana airport, shopping & restaurants. Right on the beach, above supermarket. Building was renovated, upgraded, including pool and grounds around it. Free WIFI & beach towels change at reception. Come, have great time at St. Maarten!
