Family-friendly holiday rentals in Cole Bay

Loved this Villa we had a group of 5 everybody had there own room. Pictures are accurate pool was clean host was very friendly & responsive he also provided chargers, refrigerator was loaded with all types of beverages. House was equipped with an alarm system for safety we felt very safe in this location. We had a wonderful stay.

Un super séjour chez Florence et Nicole, très sympathiques, très accueillantes, réactives et proactives également. Joli duplex, le spa sur la terrasse est un gros plus. Rien à redire, à ne pas hésiter.

Joe was extremely helpful, with accommodating, recommendations, and very responsive. His place felt like home, location was perfect and fast walk to mullet bay. The room was clean well equipped with all your needs. I would definitely stay here every time I visit. Thank you Joe

Absolutely perfect even better than the photos . Excellent location . Dominique is on site and was absolutely amazing and quick if we needed anything and super nice . Hot tub was warmed for the evenings . Nice and private can’t say enough about this property and hosts . Will definitely stay again . Outstanding . Thank you for hosting our family .

My wife and I spent a week at Colibri villa, and it was wonderful. I tend to rise very early, so the separate kitchen side insured my not making too much too much noise to allow her dome sleep. We loved the outdoor covered dining area, the outdoor shower, and the hot tub. Being a 10 minute walk to Orient village, and the beach was exactly as we needed to rest and relax. We would definitely stay again. I highly recommend this villa.

My wife and I celebrated our 7th anniversary here. The staff was warm and responsive to our needs and made the effort to ensure we were comfortable. They left personalized card on the day of our anniversary and complementary pastries and champagne for us to enjoy. Our room was a 2 minute walk from the pristine Meads Bay. There was also a nice selection of restaurants right along the beach. Overall the stay was excellent and I would definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing week at Your Paradise Villa in St. Maarten! The villa was stunning, perfectly clean, and had breathtaking views. Le logement était impeccable, propre, joli, fonctionnel, bien placé. La petit terrasse extérieur est super, facile d’accès vers la plage, la piscine et le chemin au bord de l’étang pour se promener. Nous reviendrons c'est certain!

Geweldige airbnb, met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Was heerlijk wakker worden. Je hebt een gedeeld zwembad, maar we hebben de gehele vakantie alleen gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad. Fijne omgeving je voelt je veilig en hebt eetplekken en een kleine supermarkt op 3 min loopafstand. We komen hier zeker terug.

Jean Pierre is kind and helpful. helped me to carry the luggages upon check in and check out. The entrance is on a beach and have some stairs which would have been difficult without the help of Jean Pierre! the place is modern and well furnished and have everything you need. the view is spectacular and the beach is right in front so you can hear the sound of the sea while in the apartment. I love that! Its perfect for one person or a couple and I will be back again to my lovely St.Maarten and stay at this place if its available.

Wait until you see the view! The photos can’t do it justice. The house was clean, comfortable, and so close to the best places to visit on the French side. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Aqua Zen! The setting was beautiful and as pictured. We loved having the kayaks available and paddling to Pinel Island. The house was perfect for our family of four and we really enjoyed all the outside living space. Location was convenient to Orient Bay beach, shops and restaurants. Also close to Super U grocery, pharmacy, and L’Express Bakery - which we frequented!

We had a great stay at Villa Flagrantia. Nada's instructions were clear and easy to follow. The villa looked just like the photos, and we really appreciated how private and peaceful the space was. The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of pots, dishes, and other essentials, which made cooking easy. It was also super convenient to have a washer and dryer available, along with laundry supplies provided. One suggestion: the bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. The tub is quite slippery and could be hazardous without extra grip or support. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the villa!

This place was even better than expected! Very modern/updated room with king bed and full kitchen/bath. The kitchen was stocked with essential cooking materials and everything was so clean and organized. The grounds were amazing. Right on a large sandy beach with many chairs and umbrellas readily available for the day. As many fresh towels as you’d like. The pool was right around the corner with two large hot tubs which were nice when we got caught out in a passing rain shower. There were grills available for use and a nice fire pit. Easy free parking on site. Quick walk to multiple restaurants and even a little market across the street for essentials. The only draw backs were the time share fee which you just need to be aware of and the fact that this unit is not ocean view, but otherwise a wonderful spot for an island getaway.

Wonderful stay in Saint Martin. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay even snacks, water, and drinks at arrival. Easy walk to the small grocery store, restaurants, and beach. The air conditioning worked very well. We were very happy with our stay. The French cuisine was amazing near by.

Wat een prachtige plek, met een nog mooier uitzicht op het water en Pinel Island. Op deze plek kom je helemaal tot rust, de buitenruimte met genoeg zitplaatsen en het kleine zwembad is echt geweldig, meer heb je niet nodig. Binnen is de ruimte van alle gemakken voorzien, airco, plafondventilatoren, handige keuken, goede bedden en fijne badkamers. Als je een stukje richting de zee loopt kom je ezeltjes en wilde paarden tegen, werkelijk fantastisch! Ze houden erg van wortels. Verder heb je zeker een huurauto nodig om wat van het eiland te zien, boodschappen te doen of naar een restaurant gaan. Deze plek is echt een verborgen parel waar je je heerlijk thuis zult voelen. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce logement: très tranquille et semi -privé, puisqu’il y a des locataires dans les autres condos. Cela nous a permis de connaître davantage la région! Le logement est confortable et a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Les climatisateurs dans les chambres fonctionnent très bien, la cuisine offrait tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner (nous y avons pris presque tous nos repas), et Isabelle a même acheté un mélangeur pour nous, le coin-salon est confortable et la terrasse est très grande. La piscine est un gros boni pour se détendre et profiter du soleil. Il y a aussi une petite bibliothèque où l’on peut emprunter des livres (la majorité en français). Le village est vraiment paisible, tout est situé à distance de marche: boulangerie, 5 minutes; plage Coralita, 8 minutes; plage Dawning, 15-20 minutes et plusieurs collines; quatre restaurants, 5 minutes de marche. Les supermarchés sont à 10-15 minutes en voiture (Carrefour, Super U). Nous serions heureux d’y retourner!

Séjour d'un mois à la hauteur de mes attentes, endroit très tranquille et reposant. C'est un bonheur dès l'arrivée ... Très bien fréquenté, voisins adorables, très belle vue sur cette magnifique baie, piscine très bien entretenue. Le logement extrêmement propre, avec tout l’équipement nécessaire et suffisant pour mon séjour d'un mois ou plus. Je tiens à remercier aussi Chantal pour cet accueil chaleureux et convivial. Je me suis tout de suite sentie bien et chez moi dès le premier jour. Cet appartement est très bien situé et bien entretenu. Merci aussi à Christian pour la réception des clés lors de mon départ. Je recommande vivement et compte bien y retour rapidement... Je voudrais rajouter que cette île est merveilleuse, magique et qu'il y fait bon vivre ; tout le monde est souriant, accueillant et bienveillant. J'ai tellement aimé que depuis que j'ai quitté ce lieu merveilleux je suis triste et voudrais y vivre .... Je sais que je vais tout mettre en œuvre pour réaliser mon rêve ....

This was our second time staying at this condo, and once again, we had a wonderful time. As expected, the unit was clean, well-maintained, and had everything our family could possibly need. The pool and hot tub are fabulous bonuses, and enjoying breakfast on the patio quickly became a daily highlight for all of us. Having a grocery store and multiple restaurants right on the property is incredibly convenient, and the location is perfect—especially if you’re planning to spend time at Mullet Bay Beach. We can’t wait to book our next stay!

Even better the 2nd time around. Vincent and team are great - communication is excellent. Couldn’t ask for a better place to spend a week!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. This was our first time to St. Martin. The house was perfect for us and even more beautiful in person. The view is amazing. They island was amazing. A short walk down the hill to access the beach, restaurants and stores was great. Dan and Flo were wonderful, helpful and very responsive. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area. We can't wait to come back!
