Paul was very responsive and attentive to any needs / questions we had during our stay. Location was close to town center, restaurants, parks, etc all walkable. The house is very beautiful, you just have to consider that the roosters do not stop making noise from very early, if you have the light sleep that can make you uncomfortable. The 2 bedrooms that share bathroom are small and you have to go out to the garden to go to the shared bathroom. Sasha and Francisco's attention is incredible, they are very friendly, the breakfast they offer on the weekend is delicious and in general the place has very tasteful decoration. We had a great time! Great location, quiet and seemed very safe. The house was very clean and well maintained. We loved that it had a pool, and the backyard was perfect to relax. Alejandra was very friendly and responsive. Loved the hospitality! Will definitely book again next time we come.

We were a large group, the house is spacious, comfortable as shown in the pictures, the area is quiet. In general, it's good, just consider air conditioning since the climate is very warm. The hosts are friendly and helpful.

The home is secure and cozy. Perfect location and centrally closed to big and small stores. Easy to find places to eat at walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable.

I could say it is one of the best spaces to stay in Colima. Adriana's stay is spacious and very comfortable. Everything you need to spend a couple of very pleasant days. The area is great, close to a starbucks, cinema, several squares… highly recommended!

I liked it, the 3 rooms had air conditioning, the house was very nice and safe, communication was clear and fast, easy to get to and not far from downtown, the only thing is that the mattress that I slept on, which was the double, was very hard, I had a hard time sleeping 😅 and there were 3 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people, it wasn't enough. But that was the only thing, from then on everything was very good, thank you very much

we really enjoyed our stay. everything was in working condition upon arrival, which I very much appreciated. the area felt very safe. the neighborhood even has watchmen 24 hrs a day which was a definite plus. The house itself helped us feel very secure with it's outdoor steel gate, heavy duty security screen door and steel entry door. both the screen door and entry door appear to have reinforced type locking mechanisms. the air conditioning worked very well. water pressure was decent ❤️. And the house appeared to be very well maintained in general. Our host were very helpful, responsive and proactive. even checking up on us throughout our stay. we loved it here and will definitely be coming back.
