Great place! Just as described … or maybe even better?! Loved the hot tub and the spot for a fire. Chickens are cute but the rooster is noisy in the morning. Neighbor has “interesting” lights and sounds that we think are to keep critters out of the garden. Very creepy at first until we realized it’s just something that goes off every few minutes. Kind of kills the “peaceful” vibe if you’re out at night enjoying a fire. Instructions were super helpful, and we loved all the little signs explaining which switches turned on what! We would definitely stay again!

The lake house had a stunning view, very comfortable furnishings, tremendously stocked kitchen and a very responsive and helpful host.

We absolutely love staying at the lake house! We enjoyed our Christmas vacation with this great view! The community space upstairs was just the right size for our family Christmas… And we also loved the hot tub!

Great place to stay for venues at the caverns! Gas station next door was very convenient! Host were quick to respond and helpful every time! Will definitely book again when i go to the caverns!

I booked this stay for my fiancé and stepson, who had a very positive experience. This is their review: Excellent hosts who went above and beyond with their hospitality. Plenty of streaming options and snacks in our room. We had the whole upstairs to ourselves and I have to say the upstairs “treehouse” portion was absolutely beautiful. Lovely lovely setup and the night sky was spectacular up there. Highly recommended!

We had ten guests at the lake house, plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The lake in the back is beautiful and peaceful!

Our recent stay at this Airbnb in Tullahoma was unfortunately cut short due to the unexpected cancellation of an event we were attending. While the property itself was as described for the one night we stayed, we did encounter an issue regarding a refund for the nights we didn't use. Due to the host's strict 30-day no-refund policy and a minimum two-night booking requirement, we were unable to receive a refund for the two nights we departed early. This policy was clearly communicated by the host after our request. Future renters should be aware of this strict cancellation policy, especially if your plans are subject to change. If you're confident in your dates, this could be a suitable stay. However, if there's any chance your trip might be altered, be sure to factor in their refund policy.

Great location, very clean, and super responsive host. Comfortable and quiet, nice neighborhood for walks. We were in town for a soccer tournament and the place was close to the fields, restaurants, groceries, and everything.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay, lovely neighborhood and I felt right at home! Will be coming back ☺️

Super cute area! The bed was super comfortable and the tankless water heater was a great touch! It’s located nearby all the big things and is even pretty close to some hiking trails and state parks for outdoor lovers!

My husband and I travel to Tracy city/Monteagle area often and we have stayed in many different places. This place is definitely the best bang for the buck. The room was clean and it was nice and cool for sleeping. The only complaints would be the noise from next door. The walls are very thin and the people next to us were up banging around very early. Also the shower could definitely use some updating. There is so much space to put a nicer/bigger shower. Overall it was great though and we would definitely stay again.

What a fantastic stay. Our hosts, Jim and Marie, were so welcoming and extremely communicative. Plus accommodating! Put in a request for an extra trash bag and had it within the hour! Check in was a breeze, check out was a breeze, and the stay was so lovely. Private, clean, and welcoming guest home with lots of spare blankets to snuggle up and watch tv with. The two tv set up was extra nice for when I wanted time away from hubby. Very happy with the kitchen set up. Even though there was no stove I had the individual components to have the same results. Very happy as a traveler that likes to still cook wherever I go. Also nice quality pans, cutlery, and dish ware. 10/10 would gladly stay again.

Both the space and Jonathan as a host were outstanding, and he even helped accommodate us when our event was cancelled. The space itself is also very pleasant and is a great deal!

Very nice studio apartment with large room and large bathroom. 2 of us stayed 2 nights. Had all we needed and was in very good condition. Didn't get to meet the owners, but they were very helpful when needed.

This house was really well set up and equipped, easy to check in and access, had plenty of space inside, good parking, and very convenient to the Murfeesboro town square, along with other nice restaurants nearby. The place was very clean, and the host was extremely responsive. There are plenty of bathrooms, nice common spaces, and a decently equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

We had such an amazing stay, all thanks to Mrs. Holly! She was so friendly, hospitable, and very kind. I definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling with littles and wanting some space for them to explore. The grounds are so beautiful and lots of outside space. This was our third stay, and it has been satisfying to see the investments made in the property over time. First there was the addition of outdoor amenities like a picnic table, grill, and lights. This time we noticed upgrades like a new mattress, TV, and coffee table. The hosts were super responsive, too, when something came up. We look forward to seeing what’s next!

We needed a place to stay last minute due to traveling for work. We decided to get an Airbnb and take a break from old hotels. We were able to book late at night before the cutoff. Everything is beautiful and very cozy. And lots of beds for the work crew to have one to themselves! Definitely will Be booking again if we are in the area. Oh and super affordable!

Katie's place was awesome! Definitely home away from home- close enough to Nashville but also so much local to us in Murfreesboro. I will absolutely stay here again when I'm back up that way. 10/10
