josh was a very respectful and responsive host I had no problems at the home everything was the way he said it was the washer and dryer is clean and works very well,I had hot water in both bathrooms, the beds were clean and made and it wasn't to far from Gatlinburg or pigeon forge and there is a lot of food choices in the area I am very happy withy stay I will definitely be renting from him again when I go to Tennessee

We had a great stay. The house was clean, we have no complaints or issues. Lyndsey was fantastic, very response and very kind. We would stay again.

Brenda is tremendous, her place the pictures don't do it justice. the bad: drive way is slightly sketchy but only if you're not familiar with inclines/declines. shower pressure not the best and had some dog hair around the home. (being critical here) the good: perfect location, perfect privacy yet close to alot, hot tub works great, plenty to do at the home. house didnt stink, no stains anywhere, and Brenda even got my wife and I a anniversary card! Overall' 5 stars 🌟 highly recommend, we will definitely be returning!

Terry and his family went above and beyond for my family when we rented his house from them for our Christmas vacation! Put up a tree decorated inside for us!! Even left a couple presents for my daughter !! We will definitely be back !! House had everything thing we needed! Terry was very responsive with answers !

This place is amazing! We weee 2 families staying there and there was more than enough room for everyone. The property is beautiful, I could have hiked there for days. It is about 2 hours away from all sorts of attractions in different directions such as Gatlinburg, Beech mountain and more. The property care taker, Rob was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. Overall, our stay was a huge success and we enjoyed every minute of it.

This is a beautiful home tucked into a peaceful little corner of the mountains. The house has all of the basics covered. The waterfalls in front of the house are beautiful and provide a constant white noise that I found to be very peaceful. However, the roar is surprisingly loud. The home is very automated (Alexa to control the lights, motioned sensing trash can, etc.) which I guess can be a pro or a con depending on preference. We especially loved all of the deck space! And I loved all of the windows that brought in a ton of natural light.

Our first time staying in that particular part of Tennessee, wasn’t sure about the area once arriving but it was great. Neighbors were never a bother, very peaceful & relaxing although we did not spend much time at the cabin itself.

This house was amazing! The views were breathtaking! We all loved everything about this house. It had everything you could possible want and more. There was nothing we needed besides having a good time. The kids loved it and so did the adults. We all want to go back! I would highly recommended!

We booked this trip on a whim. It was everything we needed to refuel our energy to a serene spirit. This is where you need to getaway to for the weekend. We would stay for a week or maybe longer if we had the time. What I find amazing is the fact it’s off of interstate 40, but I didn’t hear a single commotion because you get lost in the beauty of the camp along the peaceful Pigeon River. It’s everything you see in the photos you just need to be there and experience it for yourself. This is a gem. We will definitely make our way up here soon. 10/10 would recommend! The place was perfect for our group. There was plenty of space and a lot to do in the cabin We played pool, watched movies in the theater, lounged in the hot tub and enjoyed the heated pool very much. The place was very welcoming and we truly enjoyed our stay. There was general wear and tear which is to be expected but it did not interfere with our stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!!! There was a never ending means to entertainment, we mostly enjoyed the hot tub and pool with its shallow side perfect for the smaller children. Multiple bear sightings. And a great lay out overall. Would highly recommend

We booked the home for our 2025 Spring Break. There were 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids (ages 4-13). We had so much fun and enjoyed all the amenities. The kids swam every day and thoroughly enjoyed the basement level. The adults enjoyed the fire pit area, the pool table and all the outdoor games. We also enjoyed going down the mountain to Donna Joe’s daily, and even got to tour the property with all the animals on it. So many great memories were made! Thank you David for your responsiveness throughout the trip and even after. Great follow-up!!!

Nice cabin in a small campground not far from downtown Gatlinburg. It is right off the main road and was easy to get to from the interstate. Had all the basic necessities, which is appreciated when traveling. There is a nice grocery store not far away. We were very thankful to find a place that allowed two dogs! There is a nice fenced in area to allow for some off leash time. Gena was very responsive when we had any questions.

My family and I had a great time!!!! There was plenty of space and beds. My grand kids enjoy the pool. Actually that's where they stayed most of the time. I would recommend Magnolia Vacation Rental to my family and Friends 🙂😀. Thank you for making my Bday and Mother's day special!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Yigal’s cabin! Decently secluded while still a relatively short drive to everything. Comfortable and had everything we needed, and our dog enjoyed the stay as well!

Wonderful stay! We booked it the same day as check in as we weren’t sure how far we would get with our drive. Everything was in perfect order. Our arrival was about 11pm and the other cabin was outside enjoying their hot tub but they are on opposite sides of the cabins so once we got in ours we couldn’t really know someone else was present. You can turn off all the lights and really enjoy the hot tub under the stars. The place was clean and felt cozy. From the photos they’ve added a few new items to include a desk under the tv in the bedroom. I love to stay in disconnect destinations so I didn’t use the tv or the wifi. The shower did have small bars of soap and shampoo similar to a hotel, so if you have extra space I’d recommend to pack your own. If you’re looking for a place close to the “attractions” this isn’t the one. But if you want secluded, quiet I highly recommend it. Side note: we brought our dogs as it was dog friendly. There was a small trail out back we walked them on

Great place to stay at, hidden from the traffic, 25mins drive to the city. Would recommend anyone looking to get away from the city.

The place was as expected from the listing. Very clean and organized with complete and accurate instructions.

We came here to celebrate our daughter’s 30th birthday. It was so nice to spend time doing puzzles and playing uno or pool in the loft game room. We brought our two dogs and they did really well with the large grass area in front. It’s not fenced but it was a great place to play fetch with our 3 year old pup. We had fire pits, jacuzzis and some nice meals around the large dining room table. The views of the mountains are stunning.. we had rainbows and beautiful sunrises. Jeff and Kodie were very responsive with all inquiries and suggestions … never had a worry. We definitely want to return again. It’s a special place.

I loved Alans house it was such a beautiful get away for my husband & I. It was so peaceful & away from everything definitely recommend if you’re looking for a secluded area. The view from the balcony was amazing even going up the street. Overall I would definitely recommend this house!

This cabin was in a beautiful and rustic location, we were checked in by Rhonda’s mom, Roberta who was very friendly. Roads were gravel so all-wheel drive is helpful to reach the campground. Cabin is simplistic as described but it is exactly what we needed on our budget friendly road trip.
