We work together to stick to your comfort level with guests. I am here to make suggestions and to carry out your wishes.

Guest messaging

All guest messages are responded to in a professional and welcoming manner and within a reasonable time frame.

On-site guest support

Part of my job is to be your boots on the ground. If anything needs to be attended to in person it's my pleasure to handle it

Cleaning and maintenance

I run a team of unparalleled professional cleaners. We have been doing this for 8 years and have great systems in place.

Listing photography

I recommend professional photos of your home. While I am not a photographer, I know some of the best in the business.

Interior design and styling

We shoot for a balance of homey but not overcrowded or cluttered. Modern and fresh is what guests are looking for.

Licensing and hosting permits

Burnsville and Spruce Pine do not have permit requirements. Asheville does and we are happy to help you navigate that process

Additional services

We also offer wrap around services to your guests such as a private massuese, photographer, flower or grocery delivery, etc.
