Awesome apartment!!!

Black mold, health hazard and host laughed in my face I should „just leave before I die!!!“ when I told him black mold is a serious health hazard. He didn‘t seem to care and acted like I was a lunatic repeatedly. This was after „dont worry-no solutions“ when I had concerns about neither the locks of the house nor my bedroom working „this is syd, i never needed locks!“ Also I booked because of the parking spot on Premises and asked beforehand if that was correct which was confirmed. After arrival parked my car, women telling me not to park there „typical AirBnB-problem they had already with host“. Asked host where I could park then as streets were not only full but also paid parking at day time and max 2 or 4H - which didn‘t work for me. He said „I‘m for sure not giving away a parking spot here“ „oh that‘s in the offer?“ sent a screen recording „ya no my cars parked in my garage“ contacted AirBnB. Woke up to his messages where suddenly he did care enough to have it reparked No recom!

Such a cozy and beautiful apartment! Location is super close to the shops and transport lines, plus a walk away from the beach. Leo’s place was very comfortable and had all your amenities. He was great at communicating and responded quickly! Thanks for having me.

Great place, very friendly host and overall a great experience.

Lovely room & apartment, very easy walk to beach and shops. Was well connected to other areas which was ideal as I was flat hunting. Leo was great and quickly responsive with any issues that come up.

Very well equipped apartment, very bright. We took advantage of the large balcony for breakfast and discussions. The whole place was left for our business. It is very easy to take buses and trams to go to the city center or to Cogee or Bondi beach. I would highly recommend it

I had a great stay! Would defo recommend. Super close to Coogee Beach and opposite shopping centre. Perfect place if visiting Sydney.

I had a fantastic stay! Leandro was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home. They were accommodating with check-in times and always available to answer any questions I had. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable experience!
