The location is great, very close to the metro. The owner provides all the information. They also offer free parking. Apartment is also bigger than shown in the pictures 🙂

Luigi was a great host. We were very happy about the tips from him! The place was very nice, clean and close to the center of Forio. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend it. :)

Great apartment near the center of Rome. 20 minutes by bus or 40 minutes walk to the Colosseum! there is also a metro nearby. Convenient check-in, responsive owner always in touch!

Overall, it was reasonable among the high cost of accommodation in Rome, and it was also a satisfying stay. The host lives in the same building, so he was quick to respond to any issues. The building was clean and the sofa bed was also comfortable. Both the bedding and the bathroom were clean, and I was thankful that they provided 3 towels per person. I think it will be a good memory in Rome.

We had a lovely week in Rome. The accommodation is accessible by metro and 3 min from the train station to the airport. Two supermarkets 5 min from the apartment are open very late and very early which is very convenient. The apartment was very good with great care given to comfort (soap, toothbrush, cotton swab, towels in large numbers, kitchen well stocked.) The rooms are also well appointed and spacious. The building is quiet. Great rental!

Anna’s apartment is truly beautiful and just like the photographs. The living area was beautifully appointed and so luxurious. The two double bedrooms were gorgeous and bed linen was perfect throughout. The room with two single beds was functional. It would be perfect for children. The kitchen was also super. The building itself was well maintained and beautiful to look at. Anna was a super host organising airport pick up and drop off for us with Alessandro who was so friendly and helpful. Luca, who let us in to the apartment was also very helpful and had loads of suggestions. The location of the apartment was super. Central enough to walk to the tourist spots and near the tram and metro for those who find walking different. We loved it and would go back no problem.

Alessio is very helpful, courteous, and kind. The place is so clean. I will book this again in the near future.

Luigi was an amazing host, he gave us list of great local recommendations and was very responsive making us feel right at home. We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was extremely well located, near the city center but just off the main streets. The apartment was exactly as listed and had all the amenities. We would definitely recommend a stay at Luigi’s place!
