Definitely make a reservation here. The most important thing I think about in the accommodation is cleanliness, but this accommodation is perfectly clean and tidy. 5-star hotel-like bedding, kitchen utensils, appliances, furniture, etc. It's unbelievably great. It was the best air bnb accommodation I've ever been to. There was nothing lacking in anything. Staying at this accommodation I was happy because I liked the place. Highly recommended.

We loved Simona's apartment. Everything was perfect and very clean. Beautiful secure residence. Very comfortable bedding. Very convenient and nice location to walk and discover the surrounding area. Thanks again for everything! That was great!

I highly recommend this place! Simona, place was spotless and spacious, it’s a 10mins away from the SMN trains statio, by bus. Simona and her team are very responsive and helpful! Love to stay here again! ⭐ ♥️

New apartment, modern, elegantly furnished, equipped with everything you need. The city center can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. The host Simona was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Florence. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and comfortable—perfect for a longer stay. The location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk from the start of the city center, making it easy to explore without being in the middle of the crowds. As a person without a fixed home, finding a place that feels truly comfortable is rare, but this one did. The WiFi worked well, the space was quiet, and everything was set up to make daily life smooth. The host was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and thoughtful. Overall, a great experience, and I’d absolutely stay here again!
