With my team, we create your listing and make all the necessary settings for good visibility of the listing

Setting prices and availability

We work every day, 365 days a year and 7 days a week. The concierge service is paid through a commission

Communication is done through the Airbnb platform but also via WhatsApp

On-site guest support

Check-in is carried out independently or in person according to the expectations of our customers. We have a maintenance team

We offer cleaning and linen services.

Photos are included in the concierge service.

Interior design and styling

We'll help you with the furnishings, amenities, and customization of your space.

Licensing and hosting permits

Physical check-ins are charged €30 incl. VAT from 3pm to 8pm. Afterwards, from 8pm to 10pm, €50. No check-in after 10pm.

Additional services

Possibility to book a taxi, a restaurant table, a bottle of champagne or any other request.
