Listing setup
Writing marketing text, with flare and passion. While updating to meet the coming season.
Setting prices and availability
Working around holidays and weekend prices fluctuate a lot, prices will be set 12 months in advance and tweaked as necessary
Booking request management
Airbnb review system has a great filter for guests, which we bare in mind with your property.
Guest messaging
We reply straight away as have the app on phone, to simple questions / requests and 24 hours when more thought is required.
On-site guest support
When things go wrong, we always try and speak to the guests face to face, a smile, and an apology go a long way.
Cleaning and maintenance
We use a local cleaning company, who use natural products, who we train to set the property up the way we like it.
Listing photography
We will take 20 or so photographs of the interior and surrounding area, which will be edited.
Interior design and styling
We love interiors, this is what we are most passionate about, we use marketplace, and second hand stores to keep costs down
Licensing and hosting permits
We can help with a fire survey for an extra cost.
Additional services
We can organise ad hoc decorating and garden maintenance.
