I ensure guest messages are responded to promptly depending on urgency. I do not want guests left hanging.

On-site guest support

Given that I'm local, if the need arises I can be onsite to provide guest support. I also have team members who are available

Cleaning and maintenance

Cleanliness is a top priority. I have processes where cleaners follow a checklist & then provide photo proof for each item.

Definitely recommend hiring a professional photographer that understands STRs to take photos. Need that scroll stopping photo

I evaluate comps around the area that perform really well. Find tips on what works for them and apply to our listings.
