Very happy with our stay, just a short walk to the main attractions in and around Santa Monica with easy access to buses and travel options. David was helpful with our ability to store suitcases before & after check-in/out. 5 Star

Absolutely gem to stay in if you’re in Santa Monica. Very clean, cozy and in great proximity to some good eating spots. David and Rina were awesome hosts and we would 110% recommend their humble abode.

David and his team are responsive and friendly. The place is quiet, clean, and full of amenities. It was a comfortable and pleasant experience staying at David’s places. Parking was easy, despite parking requires to purchase a permit, I never had the issue finding a spot and the neighborhood is safe so I didn’t have to worry about parking on the street. Would definitely come back again.

I could not have found a better accommodation for my first visit to Southern California! David’s studio is in a perfect location to explore Santa Monica. The studio is comfortable and quite easy to settle into.

Large Studio--walkable to beach--quiet, clean, very comfortable! My son & I stayed over Thanksgiving week and were happy to return to condo after busy days --and hit the comfy beds! David gave us excellent and clear instructions on parking, entering and enjoying! We found surprise little snacks--and the best--Keurig coffee maker with pods for the Morning! I hope he'll let me rent again on my next trip out! Extra thankful for the peaceful studio. Colleen Quinn 11/30/2024

This location was perfect for my short stay. David’s videos and clear instruction made it incredibly easy to find and navigate the amenities. He even provided clear instruction to park on the street. There was a dedicated workspace mentioned in the listing but I couldn’t find anything that matched that description. I ended up working from the kitchen bar. The place is overall great. The bathroom is nothing special but that didn’t matter.
