Listing setup

I'll happily set up your listing and work on every detail to make it ready for successful hosting. I charge a £100 set-up fee

Setting prices and availability

I will constantly review your calendar to update your property's availability and set prices accordingly based on demand.

Booking request management

I'll review the requests, and ask for more details if the potential guest has no reviews or weak profiles or is unverified.

Guest messaging

I am an active user of the app on my phone and computer and will respond to messages in a short space of time, in an hour max

On-site guest support

I'll attend the property in person if the matter in question can't be solved over the phone or messages. will use video calls

Cleaning and maintenance

I have very good colleagues in the cleaning team and I always conduct in-person check after their work

Listing photography

we will use at least 20 photos taken by professional photographer to give the true nature of the listing to maintain accuracy

Interior design and styling

I will inspect the property to give ideas for design and styling based on years of experience in successful hosting

Additional services

I will be happy to submit resolution centre claims on behalf of the hosts under aircover if any damage occurs during the stay
