The apartment was very conveniently located for the main station and for exploring the city. Annalisa was extremely helpful with recommendations and greeted us on arrival. It is on the third floor which is a bit challenging with heavy suitcases. I would recommend this stay! Thanks

The place matched the description and you can reach the center of Florence in 25 minutes by tram. We had access to the grand market within a 3 minute walk and great kitchen facilities. The host was considerate in making it completely private. Great place to stay for a budget-friendly trip to Florence for 4 nights and 5 days!

We were at home in Lisa's place. Very attentive and easy communication. Excellent location. You hear the neighbors quite a lot but they didn't stop us from resting. Highly recommended! Would be back ❤️

It was great staying in this apartment. Laura welcomed us very well, was very attentive and gave us valuable tips about the tours, which were also of best cost benefit. The apartment is comfortable, with all the items we needed, and she even left some extras for our comfort. She gave us tips on how to get to Siena by bus, which stopped very close to the apartment, and were very good and cheap. I highly recommend this apartment.

La casa dell'artista was a perfect place to stay for me, my partner and my mother. It has two bedrooms, each with sufficient privacy. The amenities were perfect for us, and everything was clean and tidy. Annalisa was responsive and proactive. The check-in/check-out was straightforward. The location was outstanding. 10 minutes walk from everything in the city. A perfect base of operations. The apartment itself is decorated with wonderful pieces of art that really enhance the ambience. There were leaflets and maps available in the apartment, which were super helpful! The whole thing was of very satisfying value. Only thing to be aware of: For older travellers, the stairs can be a little challenging. It is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift (as is completely typical for these apartments). My 68-year-old mum managed them fine twice a day (even a little drunk), but perhaps in another few years the story would be different.

We are sorry that we accidentally broke the handle of the electric iron, but Lisa and Enrico still treated us very warmly, the room is very clean and spacious, the t2 tram stop is a minute walk away, it is very convenient to go to the city center, we had a pleasant four days in Florence, thank you very much!

Beautiful apartment with spacious living room and spacious bedrooms. The apartment is located on a busy street and especially in the morning you can hear the traffic. It is located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of bakeries, cafes and restaurants and with a walk of about 20 minutes you are in the city center. Laura is a very committed hostess who is very helpful.

Amazing location a few blocks from the train station and less than 20 minutes from almost all the sites. Very spacious apartment with modern fully equipped kitchen and everything you need to feel at home. There are a lot of stairs up to the apartment but it’s well worth it and most of all the host was friendly and easy to work with. I’d stay here again!
