My services
Listing setup
I walk owners through the Airbnb set up process, so it's in their name, granting me full permissions as a co-host.
Setting prices and availability
First of all, I only open up the calendar 3 months in advance, incorporate smart pricing, and adjust pricing as needed.
Booking request management
I handle all guest communication--inquiries/bookings and schedule cleaning services.
Guest messaging
I handle all guest communication, though the owner is privy to our messages and is welcome to interject at will.
On-site guest support
Between myself and my husband, we're able to provide onsite guest support, in-person, when needed.
Cleaning and maintenance
This is hired out, I schedule it but owner pays my trusty housekeeper directly.
Listing photography
I recommend professional photographs, I will schedule, but owner pays for it.
Interior design and styling
My decorating services are $1.50 - $1.75 a square foot. Plus owner pays for the furnishings and furniture.
Licensing and hosting permits
I am also a licensed Realtor in Tucson, AZ.

A very lovely home and great location. We were in town for UofA graduation, the house was with 20-30 minutes of anywhere we wanted to go. Very quiet neighborhood.
