Listing setup
Full set up on Airbnb of your property.This includes Airbnb professional photos. The price may be pending photographer quote
Setting prices and availability
I update the calander on a regular basis. We will discuss the highest and lowest charge to be able to achieve optimum results
Booking request management
I respond to all booking enquires within the hour. I carry out due diligence on all guests to minimise potential issues.
Guest messaging
I am available 24x7 for emergencies and bookings. For general conversation I respond in day time working days/hours.
On-site guest support
I am able to attend sites in case of emergency. I fully support the guests and their requirements from booking to check out
Cleaning and maintenance
I provide a full management service. Cleaning is undertaken by local housekeepers and is charged separately to my fee.
Listing photography
I am able to take basic photos. For a more polished finished I do recommend using a professional from Airbnb
Interior design and styling
I am able to help set up and stage if required. Training is provided to the housekeeper as how you would like it set up
