Guests require competent and responsive hosts. I can teach you how to do it, or we can do it together, whatever works best.
Guest messaging
Much messaging can be automated, but for specific requests, I can teach you how to deal with guests and common problems.
On-site guest support
We do have a small team in Glasgow that can offer support if needed. Or we can teach you how to do ensure it is minimised.
Cleaning and maintenance
We do have a team in Glasgow that can help with this. Cleaning, £22.50 per hour. Maintenance depends on what needs to be done
