Listing setup

Taking photos of the property, preparing the listings and managing them

Setting prices and availability

I use computer programs to adapt prices to the market each season

Booking request management

Review of future guest ratings and accept or reject requests as directed by the owner.

Guest messaging

I'll respond within the first 30 minutes of booking, except from 12:00 am to 7:00 am, the rest of the time I'm online

On-site guest support

I give them information on places to eat and visit and answer their questions. I'll be there in an hour for any problem

Cleaning and maintenance

In addition to cleanliness, you have to take care of the details and listen to guests to be constantly improving

Listing photography

The necessary photos are taken and all are edited to offer the best appearance of the properties

Interior design and styling

I give my advice and opinion, offering ideas based on my experience and the most common requests from guests

Licensing and hosting permits

If the owners need it, I request the Vacation Rental License from the Cantabria Tourism Delegation

Additional services

I try to adapt to the needs of my clients. I can attend to guilds if there are breakdowns or boiler inspections.
