We take care of all communication before and after; and carry out in-person check-ins/checkouts

24/7 support, we have a full-time person for technical maintenance
Cleaning and maintenance
We have our own cleaning teams who provide hotel-style services. We provide products and consumables
Listing photography
We take photos at no extra cost. Depending on your listing, a team equipped with drones can be arranged
Interior design and styling
We will be able to advise you on the essentials of seasonal rentals and how to make your villa welcoming
Licensing and hosting permits
We'll guide you through all the administrative formalities; declaloc, tourist taxes, amount to declare for taxes...
