Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Clichy

They were great hosts, always responding very quickly. The place was just as described and super affordable for something within 20 minutes from downtown Paris. Everything was clean and easy to use. They even provided not only towels but also basic hygiene products and water bottles. I will definitely consider having them as hosts again next time I visit Paris.

Tout était parfait. Logement très propre. Gel douche shampoing à disposition, linge de lit et de toilette, café et thé à disposition avec des petites friandises. Arrivée autonome. Nous reviendrons !

Die Unterkunft von Dale und Gilles ist wie eine kleine Insel der Ruhe in der Metropole Paris. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet (unter anderem gab es auch Kaffee, Tee und ein paar Snacks im Kühlschrank), man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig, mit der Metrolinie 9 kommt man schnell ins Zentrum von Paris. Dale und Gilles waren wunderbare Gastgeber, sie haben uns früheren Check-In ermöglicht, uns persönlich empfangen und tolle Tips zu Restaurants gegeben. Wir waren glücklich, bei Dale und Gilles wohnen zu dürfen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage bei Euch!:)

Unser Aufenthalt was super im Airbnb von Benjamin. Es ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man bekam nichts vom Grossstadttrubel mit. Das Airbnb war etwas weiter vom Zentrum entfernt, aber man konnte alles sehr gut mit der Metro oder dem Bus erreichen.

The place was great, with spacious living room and kitchen, can accommodate 3 families. Host was very easy to call if we have urgent questions and concerns. Near a grocery store, metro, and restaurants so commuting and food would not be a concern. Place is near a school so security also not an issue.

Wonderful flat with superb views, really close to emblematic places in Montmartre, but at the same time really quiet, so it was possible to relax, rest and sleep peacefully. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you very much, Raphäel, for sharing your lovely home with us travellers :) We felt at home and would certainly repeat our stay!

Located in a peaceful, almost town-like residential area, yet incredibly convenient for getting into the heart of Paris. We booked this place exactly for that reason, and it didn’t disappoint. The little balcony is really nice.

I particularly wanted to write a review for this Airbnb as it was one of the most incredible ones we’ve stayed at so far… Kheira provided all the amenities necessary for a proper home such as all the basics of bathroom utilities and even kitchen appliances… she was always available when we reached out to her regarding any doubts. The interiors of the house are also wonderful and exactly like the pictures, they have been very beautifully curated. The house is also in very close proximity to bus stops and the metro station, so travelling within the city was never an inconvenience. In all, definitely a 10/10 worth the money stay.

I’m so glad I chose Arthur’s apartment for my stay in Paris. The place looked exactly as per the published photos. It truly felt like a home away from home—especially after long, adventurous days out in the city, it was such a comfort to return to this cozy and welcoming space. The location is excellent, close to the metro and everything I needed. I especially loved the long balcony cos it’s a very Parisian thing😍. Bed and pillows were super comfy! Slept like a baby every night. Kitchen was complete with cutleries, plates and great variety of wine glasses. Arthur even provided fresh OJ and milk in the fridge on day 1. Very thoughtful and kind. He even welcomed me with a bottle of red wine, which was such a lovely surprise! 🤗Merci for making my Parisian stay so special! Highly recommended!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Der Blick raus in den Garten ist sehr schön. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl und heimich gefühlt. Nur 50m weiter ist eine Bäckerei, die super leckere Croissants und Baguettes verkaufen. Die direkte Verbindung in die Stadt über die Metro ist praktisch. Die Kommunikation mit Benjamin war jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert. Benjamin ist ein toller Gastgeber, hilfsbereit und hat eine MengeTipps zu Restaurants etc. Bei unserem nächsten Paris Besuch kommen wir gerne wieder.

Paulo m'a transmis un livret extrêmement complet sur le logement plusieurs semaines avant le séjour. Il a pris soin d'écrire également plusieurs jours avant le séjour. Il est très disponible et réactif

Super logement, très propre, hôte très disponible par message, je recommande fortement. Horaire très intéressante qui nous permet de bien profiter de l appartement et notamment du jaccuzi mis à notre disposition 😁

Mo's place exceeded our expectations. The area is seemingly peaceful and safe, even walking home late at night from the metro, which is approximately 5 minutes walk. The surrounding area is very charming. The convenience of having nearby cafes, boulangeries (bakeries), brasseries(resto bars) is just amazing. The apartment itself is incomparable to the Novohotel we had after we left Mo's, making us want to move back except unavailable. Mo's place was very clean,tidy and well laid out,not forgetting to mention the apartment has an elevator. Neighbors who lived in the apartment are quite nice too. The highlight of our stay is the undeniably stunning view of the eiffel tower from the apartments balcony which made our honeymoon perfect. We definitely recommend Mo's place, 5* rating here. ( stayed from May 25-29, 2025)

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ganz nahe von DER U-BAHN. Selbst die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Dusche.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Wir (zwei Familien) mit zwei Kindern (1&2 Jahre) waren bei Mehdi Zuhause. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und es war auch Kinderfreundlich. Es ist eine super Lage und vom Ausblick brauchen wir gar nicht zu sprechen. Vielen dank für alles 🥰 Kleiner Tipp, einen Mülleimer mehr im Badezimmer wäre toll 😉

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

El departamento puede parecer pequeño pero realmente nos encantó este lugar. Tiene todo para una estadía comoda, el anfitrión penso en detalles para el huesped y eso hace que el lugar se destaque sobre el resto. Tiene un pequeño jardin con plantas y aroma a flores. Todo estaba muy limpio, lo que siempre es importante, y eso nos hizo sentir muy a gusto desde el primer momento. Además, tengo que destacar la amabilidad de Kris, siempre estuvo muy atento y disponible. La ubicación también estuvo genial, cerca de todo lo que quería ver, con buenos restaurantes y muy buen acceso al transporte. Sin duda, volvería a quedarme aquí y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que visite París. ¡Gracias por todo!

Logement conforme à la description et aux photos. Bien équipé et agréable. A quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Massy, très pratique.
