Beautiful apartment in the Marais with everything you need. We needed to see a doctor and Nathalie was kind enough to schedule an appointment with her doctor which was near by. Paris is a magical city and Nathalie’s apartment is a sparkling jewel. If you are able to book a stay, you should, you won’t be disappointed!!

La localización es excelente. La descripci’on del apartamento y sus características muy precisas. Muy buena climatización (invierno). Muy conformes.

Nous avons hautement apprécié la localisation - proche Disney et le calme du logement. Ainsi que le lit très comfortable. La gentillesse et la flexbilité de Emma également. 🫶🏽🙏🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Las indicaciones para llegar al acceso y entrar fueron muy claras y no tuve ningún problema. Siempre estuvieron muy atentos y rápidos para resolver mis dudas. El lugar estaba en perfectas condiciones en todos los sentidos. La ubicación fue increíble, y la zona bastante segura para caminar y turistear en todo momento.

우리는 지난 3박동안 최고의 집에서 최고의 시간을 보냈다고 생각합니다. 먼저 집의 위치와 내부시설이 너무 훌륭했습니다. 집은 조용하고 쾌적했으며, 주위에 식당과 마켓이 많이 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 거실을 비롯한 내부의 모든 인테리어도 프렌치 스타일이어서 정말로 파리에 온 느낌을 받았습니다. 가전 및 주방시설도 최고였습니다. 두번째로 호스트가 직접 우리를 만나서 친절하게 집에 대해 설명해 주어서 감동을 받았습니다. 문을 여는 방법, 주방시설 사용 방법, 가전용품 사용법등등 집의 사용 설명에 대한 완벽한 가이드였습니다. 특히 무료로 제공받은 웰컴와인은 정말 맛이 있었습니다. 세번째로, 서재에 있는 레코드와 cd 소리 너무 좋았습니다. 오래된 레코드판을 들으면서 옛 감성에 빠졌고, 특히 바하, 마리아 칼라스, 에디뜨 피아쁘의 음악은 최고였습니다. 모든 것이 따뜻하고 안락했으며, 마치 내집처럼 편안히 쉬고 가는 느낌입니다. 다음에 파리에 오면 꼭 다시 올 생각입니다. 다시 한번 좋은 집을 빌려 주셔서 감사드립니다.

Wonderful! Would stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. Great flat, great host, and lots to do steps from the front door. It was the perfect size for my husband and me. Was spotlessly clean and well appointed. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. Thank you Malik!

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was great and nestled in a private courtyard. There were plenty of restaurants and stores within a few minute walk and the adjacent park was beautiful. The apartment was well accommodated and very clean. We highly recommend this place and it was a big part of making our first visit to Paris memorable.

My friend and I truly LOVED Cristina’s space. She was a wonderful host, very responsive and there upon check in to greet us. While the accommodations were compact (this will be most anywhere in Europe) it had everything we needed. We really appreciated having access to a w/d and the bed was quite comfy. Upon arrival due to the bustling area I was a bit nervous about what the noise would be like in the evening and it was a total non-issues. The courtyard was very quiet and we were not able to hear the happenings on the street. Cristina’s local suggestions were also amazing. We ate at several of the restaurants she suggested to us and loved them. No issues at all and would totally stay here again! True to the listing, this space is not suitable for children. I would also say if you have any issues or nervousness around stairs this is not the accommodation for you. The stairs were quite narrow and steep (as most places we went in Paris). Just something to keep in mind. Our stay was 11/10!

Notre hôte a toujours répondu très rapidement. L'accueil parfait. Equipement très complet. Rue en sens unique trés calme. A disposition en privé un terrain de tennis et une table de ping-pong. Belle extérieur mais trop à l'ombre comme le logement. De ce fait dans le logement il fait frais. A 5-10 minutes en voiture du centre ville et le chateau de Chantilly. Je recommande.

We loved our stay here. It was perfect for a family of four and my daughters particularly loved their bedrooms and the huge garden. Some stand out things to note: - This really is a home from home. My daughters loved the two children’s bedrooms with gorgeous decor, helpful night lights and snug beds. - The garden was fantastic. Again, my children loved the hens, goats and all the play equipment. I couldn’t get them out of the garden! - The play room - my two also enjoyed the toy play kitchen inside. - The amount of space outside and in. - The super king size bed in the double bedroom. We are tall adults and so always appreciate a large bed. - The TV! It had access to lots of international channels so we could always relax with a film in the evening. - Communication with the Virginie. She was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others particularly those with children.

Wonderful place and very helpful and quick to respond host. The only problem we had was with the WiFi, when we asked the host and looked online both said it was on the box. Despite looking for a long period of time we were never able to locate the WiFi box which was frustrating.

Merci à Iteb pour son accueil. Le logement est spacieux, propre, confortable et ultra connecté. L'emplacement piscine et SPA est tout simplement genial, avec écran et projecteur pour regarder un film les pieds dans l'eau. Et le tout 100% privatif. Bref ce logement est une perle rare, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 😁

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Leuke accommodatie! We waren met 3 personen en dat lukte goed! Ook te danken aan het goede weer en het fijne terrasje. De host was heel behulpzaam bij vragen en plaatste proactief een bescherming over mijn fiets. Zeer tevreden! Mooie regio ook!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Het is heel schoon, ruim, goed vindbaar en de host is ontzettend vriendelijk! Duidelijke instructies, meedenken over het alvast neerzetten van de bagage toen we aankwamen. Het is een goede uitvalsbasis. Let wel op dat je er zeker een half uur tot 3 kwartier over doet ( met de metro) om in het centrum te komen. Daardoor is het wel echt heel rustig en dat is fijn aan het einde van de dag! Bedankt Audrey :-)

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.
