Excellent friendly host and very responsive. House was as per description and pictures. We initially used Ubers to and from Disneyland which worked well but had to rent a car in the end due to unforeseen circumstances - this made life easier with travelling and would recommend this as the more ideal way to get around the area.

Nous avons eu un très bel accueil. Léa a été réactive et à notre écoute. On a passé un séjour incroyable! Un endroit magnifique dans la nature près des animaux, avec une surprenante visite de la mascotte. Hâte de revenir pour voir les futurs avancés de leurs projets. Encore merci pour tout! 😊

5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

Fabulous stay at Christophe’s place. Exactly what we needed as a stop off on our travels through France with a day trip in Paris. Super easy to get straight into Paris. Lovely place, very clean and Christophe was great with communication. Highly recommend!

je recommande à 100%. Le logement est juste exceptionnel, au calme, super propre, très bien aménagé et Lucinda nous a laissé pleins de petites attentions.

Maison calme et très bien situé pour ce qu'on avait à faire (déplacement professionnels), proche des commodités (transport, commerce), chambres spacieuse et confortable ainsi que les espaces commun, l'hôte très réactif. Je recommande vivement ce logement avec un très bon rapport qualité prix

Séjour incroyable ma petite famille et moi avons apprécier notre séjour des lit tres confortable une chambre toujours tres fresh quelque soit le moment de la journée les ventilateurs très puissant meme a 1 sont vraiment nos meilleurs alliés avec cette chaleur qu’on ressent tres peu dans ce logement très propre décoration tres simple et agréable. Je conseils et recommande ce logement vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !!!

This is one of the best appartement I’ve stayed in France and I have stayed at a lot. This was my second time staying at Yves et Annick’s place.. I liked it so much that I extended my stay. The host are kind and good people. I recommend.

Marie welcomed us at the agreed check-in time. She explained everything well and even stocked with water bottles and a bottle of wine. Throughout the stay Marie was very responsive with messages not taking more than a few minutes to reply. Marie was thoughtful when we encountered hot weather and provided a 2nd fan. Marie also ensured the supply of cleaning materials is sufficient. The place is great for a family up to 4. Shower worked superb with temperature staying at the same level. We had a few personal interactions at check-in and in request and Marie was super polite and respectful. The place itself is located in a peaceful environment, very quiet and relaxing. The Train station is a 15 mins walk away. We used an Uber once and payed 60 Euro to Eiffel tower. I think for budget minded families her place is a great choice. Overall a very good and happy to stay again. Thank you Marie

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

We stayed here as a family (2 adults, 2 kids) and had great experience! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well‑equipped. The location was ideal - close to public transports and surrounded by many great restaurants and charming bakeries for fresh pastries every morning. Alex was responsive and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Amazing place!! My son and I went to Disneyland for 2 days and stayed 3 days in Vincent place! Great to come back in this amazing quit place after Disneyland! Highly recommend staying in this great creative made decor!!

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Daniel is een hele vriendelijke gastheer; alles was perfect geregeld. Het appartement ligt heerlijk rustig midden in een woonblok, dus geen last van auto's. Met de RER snel naar Disney en Parijs; we hebben genoten.
