We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful farmhouse! The donkeys on the property were so sweet and I enjoyed spending time with them! The home had so many amenities and the property was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!

Dusty accommodated a last minute campsite change due to incoming weather. We had a lovely Saturday night sauna, a little time in the swimming hole, and stayed nice and dry in one of the yurts during an overnight deluge. Thanks for a lovely little get away!

We really enjoyed our stay. Teresa was an outstanding host. Her place beat our expectations in every way. It’s in an older neighborhood surrounded by Teresa’s family and friends, who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area!

Need a Place to unwind and relax? Disconnect. No houses in sight of our Waldo Cabin. Walk down a shady lane to Talladega Creek where you can enjoy wading or fishing. The historic Waldo Covered Bridge is just below the cabin spanning the creek. Prospectors pan for gold in the creek. The farm is 20 acres of trees and wildflowers surrounded by the Talladega National Forest. Mt. Cheaha, the highest point in AL is just up the road. Pinhoti Trail is 2 miles away. Chief Ladiga biking trail is nearby.

This is a great lake retreat that offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths that sleeps 10 comfortably with 2 living areas. On the main level is 2 bedrooms and a full bath with a family room for the kids or guests and a covered patio. On the upper level is a master bedroom and bathroom with an open kitchen and family room with exposed beams. The family room has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the lake. A hidden gem. I only know about it because I lived there 40 years ago. It is small but big enough to stay comfortably. The hostess was a gem too. Warm, friendly and made everyone feel at home. I highly recommend and hope to go back again.

This is a great place to stay at if you like the outdoors. Lots of trails you can walk around and hike. There’s also a pond and lake so you can go fishing if you want. The glamp was so nice and cozy! Has an A/C and heater inside too! It was awesome, we loved it! The bathrooms are always kept clean as well.

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay! The tent was cooled off the entire time and pretty easy to find coming from the main entrance. The kids loved it and had tons of things around us to do. We will definitely be coming back at some point!! :)
