great little 2 bed appartment with 2 living areas and great little outdoor patio. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and waterfront.

Our group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Deanna’s place. Everything you need to make a meal - lots of spices, oils, coffee, tea, sugar and milk. Plenty of towels for bath and beach. Very close to the beach though not beachfront. Don’t worry you can hear the waves while you relax at home. 2 nice size patios- one facing the street and one at the back completely private. The yard was spacious for our boxer! The outdoor shower was a hit. The layout of the house is perfect with one bedroom at the front and one at the rear, each with its own bathroom. Too many positives to mention. You would not be disappointed

Andrew’s beach house is very charming, comfortable and the best spot to get away. The ocean views were just so beautiful, great big couch to relax and take it all in, and falling asleep to the sound of waves was very relaxing. It is perfectly located, just across from the beach, a lovely short walk to the pools, and to Bay St local which has great coffee! Highly recommend, we’ll definitely be back.

This is a magnificent place to stay. Bang on the ocean with cooling sea breezes. The house is very well equipped. It is immaculately clean. communication from the host was clear and timely. The house is perhaps a little smaller than might be expected, but fittings and furniture are of a very high standard. A wonderful place to stay.

Loved our stay especially the fifties/beach vibe of the home.the view and location an added bonus. Was great to open pantry and have the basic essentials supplied also in the ,bathrooms and laundry. We were a group of 6 adults visiting Yamba for a wedding. The ladies would have liked one full length mirror and a little hanging space but other than that loved it and would definitely book again and would be great for a family with children 😊😊😊😊

We came for a restorative break before major surgery back in Europe. Jenny’s place and the environment surrounding it enabled that to happen. Walking to Suffolk park and or along the Tallow beachfront was a joy. We walked to Bryon Grocer along the beach and path (4ks) but caught an Uber back. So easy and so much fun in Byron. When it rained Jenny’s house had an outdoor space with table and chairs, bbq and comfy outdoor seating under a large roof. Perfect with our kindles. The kitchen worked well for us. The kitchen had a steam oven and it now looks likely that our house will need one. As they say in oz “bloody great mate”

The house was nestled up on a hill with beautiful views of the ocean and stars at night. The house was nice and spacious, especially the deck. However, it was not well maintained. We experienced a broken fan and a broken tool to open the windows that were too high to reach. Part of what makes this house really special is the beautiful big windows that look out onto a stunning view. However, there were no screens and it was quite warm in the house unless the windows were open. At night we felt the need to close the windows due to bugs, which made it a bit uncomfortable for us in the evenings.

We loved our stay at Laloma. The open floor plan of the top of the house allows for everyone to hang out together while cooking, lounging, etc. The bedrooms downstairs provide quiet and comfortable places to hide away from the group for a nap. The house is beautifully decorated with a beach/midcentury vibe and great photography and artwork making you feel at home rather than in generic vacation rental. Various beaches are in walking distance and so are the Angourie swimming holes.

we loved this space, but we did not get any code to access the unit itself until very late at night on our checkin day, in spite of multiple messages to the host to try to get inside. we had to find other accomodations for day one of our trip since the kids needed to rest, which was very disappointing and expensive. when we arrived the day after our check in day, we had a lovely stay. thank you for eventually getting us a code to access the unit. I would like a refund for the first day, hey?

Quiet, close to both beach and town. We were very comfortable there & it was very handy to Bluesfest site.

Great location opposite Belongil beach, and a 20 minute walk into Byron Bay via the beach (dog friendly). Would definitely stay here again and recommended for families with dogs

Tess’s house was perfect for our family holiday. Lots of room for our adult children & space for our granddaughter to play. The pool and outdoor area was terrific & the location across the road from the beach was perfect. The kitchen, large dining table, living room and balconies were in constant use for family gatherings.

The villa was absolutely wonderful. Really clean and tidy. The amenities were of really good quality and Asta even left a little welcome gift for us. We had such a nice stay and would definitely come back. Very good value for the price.

Great accomodation in such a great location. Our children loved the pool and were able to fish off the private jetty also.

As a couple with 6 kids we found this a fantastic property to stay. Beach across the road, Treehouse restaurant a few doors away and an easy stroll along the beach to town.

Had a great week with our kids and dog. Access to the pool and tennis is fantastic. Nice big garage with surfboards, tennis gear and beach accessories. The backyard is secure and the dog had plenty of space to run around. House is 5min walk to the beach which is off leash and stunning

From the moment I arrived I felt like I had entered an oasis of healing and self reflection with a transcendence of kind energy, as Paul made me a fresh cup of tea and told me about his path to help others transform their journey through various holistic practices. I did manage to try out the light and sound therapy experience, and would 100% recommend it for anyone interested in healing and science. The shower utilised a rain water tank, and the bedroom was surrounded by beautiful scenery, sounds of birds, and rustling trees. These of course added to the overall ability to relax and unwind. I ventured out to the mineral pool on a few occasions, which was surprisingly a comfortable temperature till late in the evening. Locally, there was an abundance of things to see and do, and Paul made sure I was informed. The various house guest all made me feel so welcome, one inviting me to her birthday and another preparing and sharing a curry, health tips and drinks. Thank you 🙏

Beautiful spot with such close access to walk everywhere and to the new pub. Ideal for a holiday getaway. Everything we needed and a great size pool to play

This is the second year we have stayed here for our family holiday and we will definitely be back! Perfect location, walking distance to Belongil Beach with glorious swimming and you can hear the waves at night. Away from the craziness of Byron town centre, so we really felt we had been away as a family together. Town is still very close and walking distance away so a perfect location for all the family. Deb and Sarah were always very responsive and available if required- perfect hosts. The house was perfect for us and as described, in a very quiet and peaceful location.
