Waterfront holiday rentals in Clare

Wir waren 3 Nächte zu Gast bei Jolanta & Robert. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist sehr schön. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten im nächsten Ort, wo man Einkaufen und Essen kann. Man hat von der Ferienwohnung eine super Aussicht, wenn das Wetter passt. Jolanta & Robert sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns in Martys Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und deren zentrale Lage war perfekt für uns. Wir konnten zu Fuss der Küste entlang gehen, an den Strand und in den Ort Kilkee. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Unser Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartung mehr als übertroffen. Das Céilí Cottage (fußläufig nach Spanish Point Beach, Golfclub und den Bellsbridge Restaurant, ca. 5 Minuten mit den Auto nach Miltown Malbay) ist gut gelegen. Die Betten sind komfortabel und die Einrichtung geschmackvoll ausgewählt. Das Badezimmer ist wunderschön und sowie auch das gesamte Cottage makellos gereinigt. Besonders freute uns aber Keiths Gastfreundschaft: im Céilí Cottage zu übernachten fühlt gleichzeitig an wie eine Übernachtung im 5-Sterne-Hotel und einen alten Freund zu besuchen. Wir kehren auf jeden Fall wieder zurück!

Alles war super. Sauber, gut ausgestattete Küche und Bad, Waschmaschine und schöne Terrasse. Die einzigen Negativpunkte: Man konnte die Schlafzimmer nicht verdunkeln und die creepy Figur beim Notausgang ;)

Absolutely perfect spot to visit The Cliffs of Moher! Was able to walk to town in less than five minutes and exactly ten minute drive to Cliffs of Moher!

Great stay in Kilkee, responsive and friendly hosts who sorted minor teething issue super quickly. Beautifully clean, sea view apartment with great facilities and location. We hope to return soon.

John's house has an incredibly beautiful location with access to the beach. The host was very friendly to our family and we had the best emotions from staying in his guest house. The children were happy to walk in the spacious yard and play with his dog. Thank you for everything John

Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer Una, mais tout s'est très bien passé. C'est une hôte sympathique et proactive. Elle a toujours répondu et a su nous conseiller. Maison atypique dans un havre de paix, que du bonheur😊 La maison est très bien équipée, la literie est de qualité et les choses de première nécessité sont disponibles, huile, sel poivre épicé, eau... dans la cuisine et papier WC shampooing après shampooing dans la salle d'eau. C'était très appréciable pour voyager léger. je recommande ce logement.

This was our second stay in The Little Sanctuary, a peaceful, cosy and welcoming place. It has a well equipped kitchen and super comfortable living room. It’s very private and offered a much needed break from our busy working lives.

Grainne and Dominic are kind and helpful hosts. They are quick to respond. The home is comfortable and private. The windows and patio face the bay so there’s a wonderful view. Easy drives to the Kilkee cliffs. We would definitely recommend this home and the hosts.

My friend and I had the most lovely stay with David and Cheryl. They made us feel very at home and cared for with their recommendations for what to do in the area and thoughtful conversations over delicious coffee + breakfast. The home was beautiful and very comfortable + cozy. We hope to be back!

Wir waren für eine Woche in Angelas Cottage und haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Zur Begrüßung lagen im Haus Willkommenssüßigkeiten bereit und alles war extrem sauber und gepflegt. Eine top ausgestattete Küche bot alles, was man in Urlaub benötigt - ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und einige Grundnahrungsmittel (sogar eine frische Milch). Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und abgelegen, allein die private Zufahrt ist 500m lang. Man kann leicht zu Fuß ins Mündungsgebiet des Shannon gehen und auch eine alte Burgruine erkunden. Wir haben von dort die gesamte Gegend bis zur Dingle Halbinsel und den Cliffs of Moher erkundet - alles mit dem Auto innerhalb von 90 Min. zu erreichen. Perfekt! Als große Menschen hätten wir gerne ein etwas breiteres Bett bevorzugt ;-) Der Wasserdruck im Bad ist etwas schwach und macht es gerade in Kombination mit dem sehr weichen Wasser schwierig, sich gründlich abzuwaschen. Alles in allem waren wir begeistert und empfehlen die Wohnung voll und ganz!

Lovely place a few minutes walk to a handful of great pubs and restaurants. Apartment was clean and well stocked with extra towels, etc. Great communication from Fiona prior to our stay which included lots of useful suggestions on things to do and places to see in the area.

Stayed here with some friends as we meet up once a year in different spots around Ireland. Marianne’s place was amazing, Right on the beautiful lake! Very clean and has everything you would need should you have a longer stay. I recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—right by the seaside, with easy access to everything we needed including a play area for our 3 year old. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Martin and Andreja were amazing hosts—warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. When we had a small issue with the hot water, they sorted it out immediately, which we really appreciated. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway by the sea. Edel's had the best, most comfy beds and linens in Ireland. We loved the sea views from the patio and hearing the ocean waves at night. Edel directed us to the town of Ennistymon for a delightful lunch, shopping, and the Glen Walk. She is a wonderful, informative host.

Perfect Family break , Fantastic Location & Host Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. The location was ideal just a short walk to Kilkee Beach and less than 5 minutes to the town center, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and all amenities. The house was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely accommodating, making sure we had a super experience from check-in to check-out. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Kilkee and would highly recommend it to anyone. We’ll definitely be back .

Anne was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had! She offered to do some laundry for me and my buddies and left it folded nicely for us by the time we returned. Would definitely recommend to anyone that’s looking for an Airbnb on the water

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is in a quiet area, loads of car park, still walking distance from the centre of Killaloe and Ballina. Apartment is spacious and well equipped.

Immaculate flat (or really half of a cottage) right on Lough Derg and 5 minutes walk from the lovely town of Mountshannon. Very comfortable, lovely views, gorgeous light. Aisling was very helpful, responsive and accommodating. We had a wonderful bank holiday weekend and would love to go back. Highly recommend the Birchwood Sauna parked nearby, the Berrytree Cafe and the Snug pizzeria in town. Note that Keane's pub only takes cash and your nearest ATM is in Scariff. Also, if you want to cook for yourself the nearest sizeable grocery store is in Portumna. Essentials can be bought in the Gala in Mountshannon or in nearby Scariff.
