We had a great stay in Ms. Jho’s property. They were very responsive and sees to it that we are well taken care of. The place is clean and is very conducive to live in, it’s just like a home away from home. Will definitely book the property again in the future.

Great accomodation, sulit for its price. Not that squeaky clean some areas need some cleaning, maybe because of the confusion with the booking dates. Great view of the fish pond. We used all the utilities available, the tree house, karaoke, swimming pool, basketball ring. There are areas which are very cute for photos like the stairs. 2 mins walk to the beach. The beach is okay, great for swimming but do bot expect too much. We did have fun during the high tides because of the waves, just make sure to wear aqua shoes or any slipper because there are lots of glass. Overall, we had a great stay. Will recommend this if you really want a sulit and addordable family vacation. 10k for 25 pax, the Villa can accomodate even 35pax. Thank you.

The accommodation was smooth and hassle-free. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to all my inquiries. Everything in the house was brand new and squeaky clean. The pool was definitely a bonus! All essentials were readily available for use. The beds and linens were fresh and fragrant, and the comfort rooms were absolutely luxurious. Highly recommended!

Franzel was very accommodating. We were traveling from Bicol and we were extremely tired from the long hours of driving. she was very helpful and courteous. She also helped me find my wallet when I left it inside the bedroom and had patiently waited for me to come back and retrieve it. She was an all star host! The place itself was beautifully decorated, with a perfect mix of cozy and modern vibes. Every corner was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the little touches, like fresh towels and stocked essentials, that made it feel like a true home away from home.

I know that there are so many choices if you want to stay around Cavinti. I actually don’t know how I managed to stick with talking to the owner, but it was totally worth it. The place was so beautiful and private. Tatang who assisted us was extremely kind and accommodating. I have no negative comments. As in! The price was totally worth it. Even the owner recommended some places to visit and things to do. If I go back to the Philippines, I would love to visit the place again. Some of my relatives have already asked me about it, and they want to go back immediately! We actually wanted to stay longer, but we have kids with classes and exams. Everything was awesome. I hope everyone can read my review. It was definitely great! Nature, Peaceful, Private, The place was all to ourselves! Recommended!

Very worth it! Honestly, we did not expect much since this just less than 2,000PHP but it's super okay! Very private, caretaker to guide you through the unit, and what I liked the most is the big Smart TV with a nice speaker!

The place looks so good! Even better in person :D We arrived there and the aircon is already turned on which is perfect because we came from Villa Escudero and the weather was hot. I highly recommend this place! It also has a pool with a projector and karaoke which is a plus because my cousins had fun. I also love the interior design of the space, so homey and so clean. Also, their cooking tools are complete and they also have plates and utensils available. They even provide a small amenity kit that not a lot of airbnbs do so that's really a plus. The host was very helpful and responsive whenever we ask questions. Overall, 5 STARS <3

The place 10/10 - it looked the same as what they posted online, but better. The staff 10/10 - they are very helpful, proactive, and polite. The host 10/10 - she even gave us free tomatoes, salted eggs, and a tote bag. very thoughtful

Will higly recommend staying here. Place was way better than I expected. Climb from the town proper (including the stairs to reach the unit) was challenging especially for us cyclists but totally worth it for the privacy, security & view. Ma'am Elaine & her company are very accommodating.
