My second stay with Jo during a week of working in the area, and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. Relaxing surroundings with plenty of space and kitchen facilities make a stay away from home so much better. I would recommend Jo's garden cabin very highly indeed.

Stayed here for 8 weeks while on placement. Great location, close to hospital park and ride. The room was perfect and had everything I needed. It was private and there was plenty of room. Would happily stay again.

A very pleasant stay. The nearby railway was extremely quiet. When we arrived there was coffee, tea, milk, sugar and even complementary biscuits waiting. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the garden. We would definitely stay here again.

Stunning location! Beautiful walks through the woods and along the river. It was lovely to see the lambs! Handy for the town centre, while also feeling secluded and surrounded by nature. Very friendly and helpful hosts - couldn't be more welcoming. The terrace is a real sun trap - lovely for sitting out (but could do with a parasol for sunny days).

Amanda’s place is set in a beautiful area. The apartment is part of a very elegant compound where her house is the main building. Amanda information regarding places to visit and restaurants were very useful. The apartment is quirky and uniquely furnished. Beds are comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the Prosecco in the fridge was the cherry on the cake! We highly recommend it. Thank you Amanda!

Lovely little annexe, absolutely perfect for what we wanted from a nights stay! The hosts were great answering questions, giving us all the necessary information and even providing extra filtered water for us to make our babies bottles. Plus the little breakfast selection was a lovely, unexpected added bonus! Would absolutely stay again if we're back in the area :)

Comfortable, Ross was very responsive and thoughtful bringing an extra fan as we arrived during the hottest days of the year. A little difficult to initially find but we managed.

What a gem! Perfect little bolt hole for a fabulous stay, had everything we needed upon arrival. Super easy check in and clear instructions to find it with easy parking. Charming, quirky and very comfortable. So so peaceful and very private. Few minutes walk to the village pub right on the river. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Excellent hosts and a magical find tucked away in the Suffolk countryside.

What can I say, this lodge was amazing and definitely the best accommodation I have stayed in and been using holiday cottages for over 30 years. Spotlessly clean, lovely decoration, loads of thoughtful touches (including whisky, home made marmalade, bread, milk and cereals). My wife enjoyed the coffees. Amazing hosts 10/10. Loved sitting out on patio and everywhere was just so peaceful and silent. The king size bed is so comfy and importantly to me, extremely clean and what you would expect in an expensive hotel. Why is not all holiday accommodation like this? Lodge is walkable distance to town and local pubs. Stayed 2 nights, but wish it could have been more. We have only been back a day and recommended to four people already. On a separate note, Bury St Edmunds is lovely and must also include Lavenham village. Thanks for everything. 10/10

Had another great stay at Jules & Greg's Secret Hideaway, place spotless & some new decor this time. Lovely to be able to sit outside in the summer too. They are great hosts & so friendly, including Bear! Thank you for having us once again.

After a 3.5 hour Friday evening drive, arriving at Edith’s was a joy. Her warm welcome set the tone, followed by the calm of an incredible garden. The Shed is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and clearly designed with guests’ comfort in mind. From comfy beds and sofas to a fully equipped kitchen, games, garden gear, and thoughtful touches throughout, nothing was missing. We loved relaxing on the deck after days out and got surprisingly competitive over the Countries of the World board game. Despite a heatwave, we slept comfortably each night. The kids were thrilled by the garden, exploring plants, trees, and spotting wildlife in this peaceful well tended paradise. Thank you Edith for being such a generous host. We hope to come back maybe in August when the figs are ripe! ❤️

A beautiful lodge in a beautiful setting, calm and relaxed feel with lovely interior decor. Lovely and thoughtful welcome pack, felt like a home from home. Met by Jane on arrival, what a lovely host, nothing was too much trouble, can't wait to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Nook. The place had everything we needed and felt much more luxury than the local hotels. Of note was how clean it was on arrival. Alex was a great host. Would recommend!

Had such a lovely stay! The property is beautiful and has everything you could need. We really appreciated all the thoughtful extra provisions which were such a nice touch. Hot tub was a highlight and made our stay even more relaxing! Great location too, with a short drive to Bury st Edmunds or Newmarket for great restaurants/shopping. Hosts were so friendly and helpful throughout. Would highly recommend!

Quiet place in a lovely upscale neighbourhood. Short walk to the beach through local gardens. Easy access to train via bus or 151-20 min walk. Everything in the place is well thought out. Top quality appliances in a small but surprisingly efficient kitchen. TV on the wall can be angled to be viewed from couch or kitchen / dining table. Lighting could be easily selected for bright or relaxed. Good natural light from skylight and window. Highly recommended!

Lovely accommodation, well presented and well appointed. Having the outside space and parking also make a huge difference.

The location of this beautiful listing is idyllic. I was only here for one evening while away for work, I was made to feel at home immediately by the farm dog (Ash). You’ll tire out far before he does while playing fetch. The peace and tranquility of the farm is so pleasant to be around. I was fortunate to have good weather and enjoyed a long cycle around the county. The farm eggs were very welcomed and I purchased more to support local. If you find yourself in the area, you’ll struggle immensely to find something more beautiful and well valued. I’ll certainly be back in the future.

Another excellent stay at Philippa . Nothing is too much trouble ,super friendly and house is great feels like coming home . Will be visiting again.

Maria was a perfect host for our last night in the uk before dropping off our rented motorcycle from Superbike. She greeted us as we arrived and gave us the grand tour of her wonderful little space. This meant your typical Airbnb. She’s outfitted this like a luxury hotel and I’m pretty sure she’s thought of everything. She even went above and beyond and did a small spot of laundry for me. Thank you Maria. We may be back on our next trip!

Beautiful cabin, with luxury touches…quite possibly the nicest towels I’ve ever used and I’ve stayed in some nice places!!! Sally and Toney are lovely hosts happy to help, to have a chat or leave you to your own device’s, Bonnie and Nora are a welcome addition to the stay. Thanks for a lovely stay.
