Fantastic place to stay - will definitely book again!

what a beautiful place to stay! it felt like we went back in time with the posters on the walls, vintage bathroom and kitchen, just stunning! plenty of room for two couples or four/five friends. will definitely be back, thank you Regina and team!

Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Close to City Center. Easy walks to shops or attractions. The only thing that's need to improve carpets are heavily stained. Though the apartment neat and tidy. The amenities like indoor swimming, spa and steam room are great and we enjoyed it. Thank you Istay. Highly recommended.

The photos reflect the grandeur of the building and accommodation. Walking distance to a local cafe strip and other grand homes of the period and area. Host were very welcoming.

I had a wonderful stay at Oaks — it was beautiful and felt just like home. The staff were incredibly lovely, and I’m looking forward to coming back again.

All in all a very well kept Apartment in a great location with lots of Restaurants in short walking distance. Staff were friendly and professional. Was competitively priced considering the location.

Great location and very stylish flat. It was very handy having an IGA next door! I suppose the only thing missing were some of the little touches you often get with Airbnb’s eg milk in the fridge, small amount of provisions for breakfast. It was very much a serviced apartment which was fine for our needs. I would highly recommend Connies place.

We really enjoyed staying in apartment 905. It is centrally located in Adelaide and we could walk pretty much everywhere around the central district. Also near the market which we loved for breakfast at the French patisserie, takeaway from the Algerian guy selling great paella and various options for dinner on a Friday night. The apartment itself is spacious with two bathrooms. The balcony and apartment gets lots of sun, although the view is directly on a car park. I appreciated a good price for booking beyond 7 days. Security is very good and I was pleased to have reception seven days a week where the staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, an excellent stay.

David and Lin are awesome and all of the properties they advertise are always so on point! This property, while very clean and well located, the bed was a little uncomfortable so hard to get a good nights sleep. Beside that, everything amazing as usual. Perfect location, easy checkin and responsive host. Thanks guys!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable, tidy and we felt right at home. The apartment is very conveniently located close to the CBD, public transport as well as the Central Market and is easily accessible. David and Lin were very responsive hosts.

Apartment was very clean and very modern. My family stayed for 10 nights and it was a comfortable stay. We love this location as it’s opposite Central Market, a short walk to Rundle Mall, Botanic Gdns etc. Only 12 min drive from the airport (without traffic). We’ve stayed at other apartments nearby on previous visits but this was by far the cleanest and most modern (this was the same or lesser price). Very easy to access the lockbox. It’s great that there’s a cleaning service for longer stays. David was an extremely responsive and accommodating host. I really appreciated the use of key cards compared to a bunch of jangly keys, so much more convenient and easy for the kids to use as well. Most importantly it was CLEAN! I appreciated the handheld vacuum cleaner instead of one of those bulky vacuums you have to plug in and lug around.Ample toiletries, towels of various sizes and lots of cleaning solutions were provided. Loads of storage space around apartment. Would definitely book again

Alles wunderbar und 1 zu 1 wie beschrieben. Direkt gegenüber von Chinatown und dem central market und mit super Ausblick vom Balkon, was uns sehr gefiel. Ganz klar 5 Sterne, makellose Unterkunft und makelloser Service! Hier ist ganz klar zu erwähnen, dass uns das ein oder andere in der Küche zu Bruch ging, wofür David keine Erstattung haben wollte. Außerdem ging unsere Waschmaschine kaputt, worauf David umgehend reagierte und uns 1 Tag später mit einer neuen versorgte. Wir sind sehr glücklich mit dem Aufenthalt gewesen! :)

Honestly great place great surroundings wasn’t too far from Rundle mall which is the main area to shop I loved it except when it rained and the main doors of the building wouldn’t shut 😣but still a great surroundings also the heating system was amazing I was a bit cold
