Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Citrus Heights

The place was charming, clean and spacious in a quiet neighborhood, near the historical district. We had an easy, great overnight stay.

Home was much larger than I had anticipated super clean, pool was also very well taken care of. The neighborhood was absolutely amazing and relatively quiet at all hours of the day, with low traffic. Everything was within a 10-20 minute drive.

Our stay here was amazing and incredibly comfortable. This home was beautiful, and Carolyn was fantastic. She consistently checked in with us to ensure everything was going well throughout our stay. On the plus side there was a beautiful orange tree and the oranges were amazing. Definitely will stay here again. -Thank you!

My little family absolutely enjoyed this home. It was exactly how it was pictured and the 3 king size beds were amazing. My boys loved the pool. The lay out of the home was perfect with the open space. We loved it and def would rebook

The place was lovely and she was so accommodating. My flight was early and she was able to let me check in 4 hrs early . That was above and beyond in my book. Enjoyed my stay in every aspect.

Highly recommend! We had a great stay here. Tiowna was a great communicator and all instruc tions were very clear. The place was super clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches to make us feel welcome, including our puppy. It was a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The next door neighbor has a persistent rooster and the dogs barked a bit (but so did ours) so it didnt really bother us much at all. We enjoyed sitting in the private yard listening to birds and watching the squirrels play in the trees. We hope to stay here again on our next trip. Thanks so much!

Olga’s place was so perfect. Like a home away from home. The kitchen was perfect for getting out to go lunches ready. And it was nice having fresh coffee every morning. The area is beautiful and green, just like living out in the country. I would stay here again.

This apartment was perfectly located one block from where my dad resides in assisted living. The bed was super comfy as was the sofa! I will definitely be returning!

Great spot to crash for a few days! Place was as described, and the desk in the bedroom was appreciated to get some work done. Finding street parking was never an issue, especially late at night. We could hear some noise from the neighbors when the windows were open, but it wasn’t disruptive, just apartment living. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it looked reasonably stocked enough.

Absolutely loved staying here! Hosts were very responsive and incredibly kind. The location was great, my friend and I walked to several restaurants. We truly enjoyed relaxing outside and their leather couch is incredibly comfortable. If you want to play the pinball machine make sure you bring plenty of quarters! Lovely bathroom but if you are a self conscious person might be beneficial to bring some poo-pourri. Dish rack and rags are under the sink for easy storage. If you are Door Dashing food be very clear with your delivery instructions haha Thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely home! It was perfect!

We loved this unit! It had plenty of space for me and my partner, and the washer and dryer was a nice surprise. The river walk is less than a mile away, and the gardens on the property are beautiful. We’d love to stay here again!

Check in was easy and I appreciated the designated parking spot especially since street parking is taken up by local residents. The thermostat was not working when I arrived but Henry quickly resolved that issue by having an HVAC company come out the same day. I needed to extend my stay and Henry took the initiative to adjusted my stay which made it easy on my end to simply review and approve.

The overall stay was good, but the linens and towels were few. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare a meal. however, the washer had an issue, there were a loud clicking sound when in use. also there was a strange smell downstairs, we figured it was something in the locked closet. finally, the wreath on the front door has a bird's nest in there, so when opening the door one night the bird flew into the front bathroom, we were able to get it out very quickly. someone should take care of that, don't want the little bird to get hurt.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Good location, clean, quiet. Just what we needed for our weekend stay.

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.

inside of the house is nuce and cosy. outside is a bit noisy and quite far from Auburn. a car is a must.
