There were a few hiccups at first due to technical difficulties between Airbnb and the host regarding the payment. But after checking in, everything went smoothly. The house is as described, despite the unclear pin location on Google Maps. If you’re looking for a peaceful and undistracted vacation, this place is perfect. However, if you’re just looking for a place near tourist attractions, you might want to reconsider—it really depends on your preferences. There’s no Wi-Fi, but there is cable TV. The house has a water heater and two bathrooms, one in each room (a big plus for me). All the cutlery, crockery, and other kitchenware are clean. The bed sheets and towels smelled freshly laundered. One small suggestion to the host: consider replacing the bulbs with higher-watt ones to improve the lighting inside the house. Also, shout-out to Pak Sopyan (the house’s helper/security) for being so kind and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, I’d rate it 8.5/10

Dit is een van de beste plekken waar je terecht kunt in Garut. Ze zijn zo ontzettend gastvrij en vriendelijk; het is schoon en modern met een briljant concept. Het is een bakkerij en een hotel tegelijk. De locatie is uitstekend, op loopafstand dichtbij veel streetfood te vinden. Luis, de manager, is een topkerel die altijd een praatje maakt en je oprecht helpt.
