The apartment is in Spalena Street, close to the river in Central Prague. It's an easy walk to Dancing House, National Theatre, Wenceslas Square, Old Town Square, and Lesser Town. It's a one-minute walk to the subway and tram. Public transport is only a 1-minute walk. The nearest tram stop is called Lazarska or Narodni trida. The nearest metro station is Narodni Trida. We provide a small boat with electric engine (no license necessary), free parking spot in a private area, just few steps of the houseboat. The view from a terrace is partly industrial, but at the night time full of calm magic.

Vojta was a fantastic host with a beautiful apartment! The rooftop terrace truly does have a panoramic view and we were able to use the jacuzzi during the day and at night ( with two stunning views). The apartment is located in an extremely convenient location, close to all the popular tourist attraction without the crowds and noises of tourists. Vojta was super friendly and communicative and was always happy to help when we needed. Would definitely book again the next time we come to Prague - good location, good host, tidy apartment and easy access to the building!

Vera was very kind; I enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable at her place. It was very clean, very quiet, and had all the necessary amenities in the room, including additional blankets. It was one of the best Airbnb houses I've stayed. One thing that bothered me was the entrance of the building from Nadrazni street side -which is close to the tram station. For a one or two-minute walk until you enter the building, if you arrive at the place late, it is very dark and no light at all.

great place in a nice quiet part of Prague. I've been there for two days and the room I had and the rest of the house has everything you need, even for a longer trip. the communication with Tomáš was very good, always friendly and clear instructions on everything you need to know. I will definitely consider to stay there again and can only recommend it!
