We were blown away by the upgrades and improvements made to the unit since our last visit in October. Sigit's unit will be our home base each time we visit Indonesia, for sure ❣️

Just exactly what I need, clean and spacious, and really close to the area where I need to do my business while leaving the children take care of themselves around the place.

We’re just happy to stay there. The apartment is very well equipped and maintained, somehow it makes me worry that I’ll break something or just being clumsy. You know it’s because everything screams expensive. It takes time for me to get used to it. I also noticed that maybe the owner or the designer is a CARAT (Seventeen’s fandom) because some of the artworks are based on Seventeen’s songs. Too bad we couldn’t use the speaker or the karaoke machine because the bluetooth connection wasn’t detected(?). Or we just didn’t know how to use it lol. I asked mbak Retna how, but she didn’t know either. Oh also I asked for one extra towel, but it just not delivered (not in the morning also). But it’s fine, luckily one of my friend brought one herself.

2nd time staying, enjoyed it and love the bed

Sebuah tempat transit yang sangat menarik, dengan harga yang terjangkau. Lokasi yang strategis, dekat dengan halte transjakarta, stasiun kereta dan LRT, memudahkan untuk mobilitas selama di Jakarta. Tuan rumah komunikatif. Proses check in dan check out mudah. Fasilitas lengkap. Apalagi kalau ditambah water heater di kamar mandi, mungkin akan lebih menyenangkan, terutama untuk yang membawa bayi.

The place is in a great location, the layout is super comfy, and the view is really nice. Only issue was the Wi-Fi—it was a bit spotty at times. Overall, still a great stay!

We had a very nice weekend getaway at this place. We especially like the homey interior and cozy ambience. Our stay was also very convenient because the place provides complete household appliences that we can use. The host was also very responsive and accomodative. We also enjoyed the apartment facility, it was a nice neighborhood with nice garden, pool, gym, and walking track. Overall I would recommend this place for a simple short vacation or even for a long term stay.

I stayed this wonderful loft for 4 night as a base for my local business in South Jakarta. Charles kindly picked me up at the airport. This loft is It is beautifully furnished, sunny, spacious, and comfortable. Charles and Retna are always very helpful and attentive to ensure my life here is easy. I will definately come back again in the near future!

Me and my family spend two nights at Mr. Welly's place. The house itself is really spacious, has peaceful ambiance and has everything that we need. The host also really considerate and friendly. I would definitely come back to stay at Mr. Welly's house in the future.

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Asma’s place was as described and Asma herself was very helpful prior, throughout, and after the stay. Looking forward to stay at her place again!

the place was really nice and very comfortable, the only downside were it’s dusty and the pool could’ve been cleaner. however, overall the place looked exactly like the pictures, there was so many space in the house, and everything was enjoyable. just an input, maybe the owner can put cleaning tools around, thanks!

We had a great stay at Panagiotis’s place! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool, which was perfect for the weather. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare our own meals. Panagiotis was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay Overall, we were very happy and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Thanks for hosting us! ☺️

Enjoyed the stay. Judika was very helpful and responsive. Can get a bit loud sometimes because of the 4 lane road right next to it but it didn’t bother me much. Recommended to stay.

among the places i stayed in Jakarta this one has the most complete kitchen and bathroom, washer, utensils, rice cooker, proper stove and modern look & feel. it is an amazing place. there are roaches (it is Indonesia and hard to avoid in this climate in the buildings). yet one problem is since it is in the 23rd floor (and has a great view btw), it also get lots of call to prayer noise very early in the morning. be careful if you are a light sleeper and do not have earplugs. otherwise it is a great place to stay. thank you Nando

We enjoyed our stay in Martha's unit. Situated just next to Central Park Mall, made it really convenient for us to get food etc. Washing machine is also available inside the unit, perfect for our 2 weeks stay. We had to extend our trip twice and rly appreciate how responsive and easy the process was

unit milik Elina sesuai gambar. luas, bersih, modern dan dekat dengan mal. sangat affordable untuk kondisi seperti itu. sayangnya tidak ada keset untuk kamar mandi. Dan instruksi untuk masuk ke unit kurang jelas, krn tdk diberitahu di awal harus parkir dekat towet mana. tapi sekali lagi, unit ini sangat besar dengan lingkungan yang privat dan fasilitasnya lengkap sekali. kalau ada kesempatan lagi, akan menyewa unit Elina lagi.

Dipa adalah Host yang luar biasa. Unitnya besar dan bersih, dengan view kota yg fantastis. Tentu saya akan menginap lagi.
