사용감이 많고 오래되지 않은거 같으나 낡은곳과 수리해야 되는 부분이 있음.간간히 벌레들도 있음.하지만 지내는데는 불편함 없고 우드톤의 분위기에 테라스에서 보는 수영장 전경도 좋고 위치도 편리하고 좋아서 지내는 동안 편안하게 지냈습니다. 다른 숙소와 비교하면 여러장단점이 있겠지만 가성비에서 좋고 다음에도 꼭 이용 하도록 하겠습니다.

good place near Kelapa Gading and central jakarta as well. Spacious room for 6. wifi and netflix can used easily. Marcelino also well communicate and very good service.

Apartnya bersih, semua sesuai deskripsi, check in & check out sangat mudah. Harganya sangat pas dengan unit apartemen & layanannya, sangat recommended buat nginap disini, pak hendry jg responsif.

Overall it was a nice experience staying at Jovito’s place. Some highlights: 1. Amazed with the well scented atmosphere and it fully fufilled the entire air. 2. Very easy and seamless check in & out process, clear guidelines and friendly communication. 3. All the listed facilities in the description were well provided, real condition is 1:1 to the preview shots and the one that ‘s beyond expectation was that He provided the prayer kit 😇 I’ll absolutely recommend this room to you guys and will definetely re-book again in the future! The apartment is exactly as advertised. The view is great and the kitchen has everything needed. With just light ear protection it's quiet enough to sleep comfortably despite the common noises in Jakarta. Lot's of security and safety. It's clean and *No* cockroaches - I have been in a few places in Jakarta, and there are many places with roach infestations. Sherilyns place is a good one without those bugs - so go ahead and book, if that's important for you.

It's a convenient place to stay for business trips in Cikarang. More than expected, clean, everything is arranged nicely in a stylish & cozy interior, equipped with almost all the comforts of home, even though it is a studio apartment. The bed is super comfortable, I was able to sleep well & relax ... feel like home. Attentive & responsive host. Will stay in here again if I go to Cikarang!

Tempatnya Pak Jacob sangat bagus, sy sempat ragu akan review yang katanya tempatnya kurang dingin.. tapi alhamdulillah tempatnya sangat dingin dan ada fasilitasnya semua bisa dipakai seperti setrika, mesin cuci, kompor, kulkas semuanya berfungsi dengan baik.. saya menginap disini kemarin karna menonton maroon5 di JIS dan tempatnya tidak terlalu jauh hanya skitar 5 menit naik grab.. disekitaran apartment juga ada swalayan dan indomaret, tempat makan juga banyak.. sangat merekomendasikan menginap di tempat Pak Jacob, terimakasih pak Jacob untuk early check in dan late check outnya.. sukses selalu

Hadi’s place is one of the nicest place I’ve stayed at. He is incredibly friendly and offers you a lot to eat. I would recommend everyone to stay at his place.

Tempat yang sangat nyaman untuk menampung keluarga besar seperti kami. Ada beberapa tempat untuk ngumpul dan berbincang ; teras yang cukup nyaman, ruang makan yang bisa menampung banyak orang dan peralatan masak yang cukup lengkap, dan ada balkon yang cukup luas yang bisa digunakan untuk tempat bermain anak. Tuan rumah dan pengurus rumah juga sangat ramah. Walaupun sharing tempat dengan penguni lain, namun tidak mengurangi kenyamanan. Tuan rumah sangat ramah dan karena kami tiba sangat cepat kami tepat diijinkan cek in lebih awal. Sangat recommended

The place is as cute as the picture. Besides aesthetically pleasant, it’s also feel homey. The kitchen tools are complete, so if you are with family and want to prepare your own food it would be easy access. Also, the owner of the place is so thoughtful to leave us some beverages and snacks. Would definitely recommend this place 🥰
